Terrible customer service. I ordered $ 160 worth of maternity clothing on the website and was so excited when my package arrived. Unfortunately, the reindeer sweater I bought for Christmas and paid $ 55 for had a snag across the front. Additionally, when I looked online to see if there were any more in stock, it showed the dress was sold out and the price dropped to $ 253 days after I made my purchase. I also purchased another dress from the store that was discounted from the $ 44 I paid to $ 30 a few days after my purchase. I contacted the retailer to notify them of the damage on the reindeer sweater and ask about price adjustments for the two items. I figured if they honored the $ 25 price on the reindeer sweater and gave me a discount for the damage that I can at least try make it work or hide the snag somehow. THEYWEREUNWILLINGTODOANYTHINGFORME! Yes, the manger was notified and was the one who made the decision. I even e-mailed them a picture of the snag across the front of the sweater. I was told that they usually only provide a 10% discount on damaged items and since I used a 15% off coupon during my purchase(the sweater was actually original $ 63), they could not give me a discount beyond the $ 55 I already paid. They were not willing to honor the $ 25 sale price that took place only a few days after my purchase. They stated they only honor the sales price if it is within 24 hours of the purchase. As for the other dress, same thing, not willing to adjust the price. They told me I would have to return the dress I have and repurchase the exact same item again at the lower price. That makes absolutely no sense! Why would I have to go through the trouble of shipping the item back and then repurchase it at the lower price and then they have to pay to ship it back to me because they offer free shipping. There is no logic in these policies whatsoever! I have never had an issues with a retailer adjusting the price of an item after it has gone on sale, especially when it was literally a few days later. I have worked in retail myself and have never seen such policies and lack of customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere during the rest of my pregnancy.
