I have to say from the start that I have never been to High Tech Auto. I have purchased a car from one of their customers. In the first two months of ownership I had a problem with a defective tire HTA replaced just before the sale! When I called I spoke to Alicia and as I was talking with her and looking over the paperwork from her shop I realized that I now had issues with three of the repairs they had performed. –Defective tires –They used the wrong coolant for the car –They repaired a thermostat issue that I had to have re-repaired two weeks into the purchase! They are obviously not at fault for the tires but as we were talking about the tire and I realized the other issues Alicia hung up on me as I was speaking! I replaced the tire, and the company I went to disposed of the defective tire. When I explained all this to the original owner he called HTA and they told him they would offer a refund if we brought back the tire. Obviously it was too late. It is clear to me that they care only about those who pay them. They care little to nothing about standing behind their work, otherwise she would have told me that I can return the tire and get the money back. To be fair, the original owner stands by this mechanic. They didn’t do anything wrong to him. But If you care about the kind of customer service where a shop stands behind their work simply because it’s the right thing to do then I suggest you find a shop with integrity and leave High Tech Auto in the rear view mirror. **UPDATE** To make matters worse instead of responding to my complaints THEYSPAMMEDME!!!
