They went out of business after at least a quarter of a century in this location.

I drove by and I noticed this place was also shut down just like the one on Valley! Are they renovating both locations or permanently closed?

Question, why does a person go to KFC, well of course to get fried chicken. But this sad ass location couldn’t sell me chicken cause they ran OUT, yes ran out of breasts at 8p on a Friday night… First and last visit…

Food is decent but service is mostly crappy. Didnt think it was going to get worst… Until one nigh… around 8:45pm in the drive thru a lady informed us that they are out of chicken and will take 20 minutes to make new ones. First off, 80% of your sale comes from selling chicken. How in hell you ran out. So we went the one on main and of course, they got chicken! Yayyy… they were much friendlier too

The $ 5 Fill Up Combos represent good value. Where else can you get 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, chocolate chip cookie, biscuit, and a Pepsi for just $ 5? This is not gourmet dining, but most people don’t eat fried chicken very often, so it’s fine for an occasional treat. If you’re heading North on Garfield, you won’t be able to turn directly in; you’ll have to turn around further up the street. Inside seating will fit maybe 15 people. Turn-in and drive through are narrow, but plenty of parking behind the restaurant.

I have been coming here since 2013, for the past two years. The workers are honest and wonderful. The food is great! I love the Monday Night Special at $ 2.99. You either love the KFC or hate it. This KFC tastes like any other. The worker Anselmo always take the time to talk to me, and makes me feel very welcome there. Even though I struggle with my Spanish, he always tries to communicate with me and make sure that I have a good experience at the restaurant. What drove me to write this review was what happened last night. I inadvertently left my backpack at the restaurant. Inside my bag was a $ 1600 tablet computer(Surface 3) and a Apple Mini, plus some credit cards. By the time I discovered I had forgotten my bag, it was already 25 minutes later. I immediately rushed back to the store. Much to my joy, the workers at this KFC paid attention and knew that I had forgotten my bag. They took it and kept it at a safe place for me. Everything was intact, nothing was missing. So not only the KFC chicken is KFC quality, the workers are friendly and honest, and provided me an excellent service that I will always remember!

Went through the drive-thru, barely can hear what the person who were saying. They need to make that speaker louder!!! I got a deal that was on the window but the person didn’t even ask if I’m fine with the sides that they automatically had chosen for the meal. Then, I tried to see if the person can tell me what comes with the deal(AGAIN since I couldn’t hear the darn speaker) but she came out with all the food packed and ready to go so I couldn’t change anything. But she wasn’t rude so I give her 2 stars. Food was good. Chicken were not dry like the other KFC.

Worst service. Messed up on my order and refused to come to the window. I had to go inside to order again. Never coming back.

The past 5x I’ve been to this location within the past couple of years have consistently been positive. According to past reviewers the service was horrible… gotta wonder if it’s under new management/ownership? Never thought I’d do a review on a fast food place, but I just had to give this location the 5 stars it deserves. Been inside to pick up food and gone to the drive-thru. Customer service is excellent all around from management to staff every single time. Food is always fresh and never had a problem. Their grilled chicken is good&fresh and they typically make it in small batches. Once I had to wait 15 mins because a new batch had just gone in a few mins before. Staff was extremely nice offering me a free drink for the wait. Although I didn’t take the drink, it was a nice gesture, now that’s customer service! Recommendations: Grilled Chicken Chicken strips Famous Chicken Bowl(reminds me of a sheperd’s pie) Three locations within my radius and this is the location I prefer.

AVOID this KFC at all costs… the food is dirty and unsanitary at this KFC as well as the staff and employees. I caught a terrible case of food poisoning from eating at this dirty and horrible KFC. I was sick, terribly sick for several days… I should have reported them to the City or County Health Dept. who will investigate your food poisoning complaint for free and then shut down the restaurant anywhere from 1 day to several weeks costing them thousands or tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. city health inspectors can do a lot of Financial damage to a business as can OSHA inspectors… EDD investigations… FTB investigations… even inspectors from the Automobile Association of Southern California(Triple A) will shut down mechanics shops and dealerships by investigations and consumer complaints about false advertising… many mechanics shops says they are TRIPLE A approved but when you call the TRIPLE A, this is a lie… false advertising… KFC at this Alhambra location is a goldmine for doctors and hospitals… they caused me a terrible illness plus medical bills galore…

This location is closest to our home and I have had no issues with my past experiences. I always use the drive-thru so can’t comment on interior issues. Employees have been efficient and food tastes like any other KFC. For some reason, they no longer offer jelly with their biscuits=(As a frequent customer, I decided to sign up on their website and«opted in» for coupons/offers. I received a special offer by e-mail and brought it to this location but was told that they don’t/can’t accept the coupon… the employee who informed me of this did not offer an explanation… instead, he made me feel rather stupid for even asking if they could accept the coupon or not. I guess this location just lost my future business because I’m not as enthusiastic about returning here again.

Customer Service is really good at this one. No one really knows of this location. Not the cleanest, not the biggest, but the people are really nice, and the food is just as good as any other KFC. The only thing that’s kind of peculiar is that it is rated a B. With food chains, I’m used to them usually being rated an A. Anyway, if you’re in the mood for KFC, this one’s not bad. Never anyone there, so never any lines, which is nice. And if you ever have a problem, they’re always willing to fix it. :)

Very bad customer service. Last time I went, it reminded me why we had stopped coming here in the first place. Nothing has changed, employees are still lazy and often close the store before they are suppose to. I live right around the corner from this place and would rather drive to San Gabriel, the next city over, to buy from another kfc. my father often referrs to this kfc as the«empty lot» becuase in his eyes this business is dead and does not exist to him, and he has great reason, as everytime he would go, they would miss up the order.

I am done with this KFC. So much so, you guys need to know so that you can avoid it too. Let me start by saying that I’ve had previous bad experiences here, but it is close to my sis house so I let it slide. But tonight, screw this place. She lives 1BLOCKAWAY. So we walked. And arrived at 9:06pm. Darn our luck, but as we walk up, the girl inside is mopping and the doors are locked. They close at 9. She chooses to ignore us of course, but my sister knocks to ask her just in case. She yells they are closed, but we figure out on our own that the drive thru is open til 9:30. So, seeing as we are starving, and tired, we walk back to get the car and return. It is 9:15 when we pull in and wait for them to ask us for our order. No sound. We wait some more, say hello? No response. Then, minutes later, a guy peeks over the wall from the trash can. He yells«We’re closed.» We reply, «No, the drive thru is open til 9:30.» In return he says, «Uh, we are out of chicken.» WTF? Your business is supposed to be open and functioning for the hours you post on your doors. And if you really had such an unplanned shortage, someone could have let us know sooner, or posted something, preferably the girl who first had the pleasure of providing us with bad customer service. The thing is, one of my other bad experiences here was with them«running out» of food… an HOURAND A HALF before closing. See, I don’t believe that seeing as I never see anyone going there. I can’t believe so much of my time was wasted on FASTFOOD. Screw you, I like Church’s Chicken better anyways.

When I stepped into the restaurant I was surprised that there were no customers at all and it was lunchtime. I used a coupon and the cashier honored it. The mashed potatoes was the worse that I have ever eaten. The gravy had no taste to it like they had watered it down and the texture of the mashed potatoes was different too. The cashier looked kind of shady too because he had tattoos up both his arms. I don’t think I will ever be coming here again.

I don’t know why everyone is tripping about this KFC. I used a coupon, and according to the coupon they were only supposed to give me wing pieces, but the lady was very nice and gave me some breast pieces without me even asking. The biscuits, chicken, and cole slaw were yummy.

Used a coupon to order three grilled pieces and a biscuit for $ 1.99. Later noticed the receipt. They try to sell you three pieces for $ 6.29 w/o coupon($ 5.59 for all dark meat)??? They’ve never been a good value. Most of their coupons aren’t even worth using. Chicken was OK, but I’ve had better at another chain.

I don’t care what people say but I love KFC. The only thing I get from KFC is the original fried chicken. Crispy fried chicken-crispy yet tasteless; Grilled chicken-too salty. I don’t really eat the side dishes except potato salad and coleslaw from here. I eat my fried chicken with steam rice and hot sauce with ketchup. I have to say though this perticular location doesn’t have good customer service. You have to check your chicken because sometimes they give you the wrong order =(
