Well, I went to this store yesterday. First let me say that I had issues with my phone and plan that I was not aware of. But this is about customer service at the store. I had two phones on my plan and at the time and neither one functioned and we needed a working phone at home. So I conduct business with service rep Carlos. I was trying to ask him logical questions about why they couldn’t do more about my problems. Why my phone wasn’t showing up on the system, I don’t know. Carlos got more upset with me the more we spoke. Carlos was very condescending to me. I kept my composure, but Carlos continued to get more irate with me. Out of nowhere he tells me that there is nothing he nor T-mobile could do for me. We continued talking and abruptly, he tells me I can talk to his boss(who was there the whole time) but I didn’t ask for her because I wanted to solve this at the lowest level possible. Well, Carlos eyes were red and even though he was on the other side of the counter his body language was giving off an aggressive vibe. I told him I thought he was going to punch me and I left. I went to Verizon ten minutes later and said goodbye to T-mobile after nine years. Oh yes, I wish that I could give a negative review of this location.

Been here numerous times and unless you luck out and get one gentleman who works there the service is terrible. The manager is a witch, the woman is flat out unapproachable and when she does interact with you she talks down. I just took my mother in to switch her off our plan after speaking to the customer service over the phone and being told all was done just take her to a corporate store. we walk in, of course ends up with the manager who informed us we can’t do this to call the customer service line to do it. We ask her to help mom choose a phone and she literally sighed when my mother said she doesn’t know anything about phones. She acted impatient and put off so we told her we were going elsewhere and now headed to another store. What happened to customer service? !

I wish I could give 0 stars. New management and new employees since last year. Terrible attitudes and poor customer service. The blond girl that has been there for a while is very rude and this new guy that was helping me today was even worse. Called customer care and they were a lot more helpful and nice. Recommend calling them instead of going to this store. These people need an attitude check.
