Staff is extremely rude, but worst of all is the manager/​owner. Don’t even bother with him if you are not satisfied. I’ve went elsewhere since my last visit and am very happy that I made the switch.

I’ve been equally impressed with both the doctor & the staff over the past 5 years. Dr. Roehl is patient & thorough. She was responsible for early detection of a potentially risky issue with my eyes, and works beautifully with my special needs child. The staff was wonderful helping my daughter choose frames — it took quite some time — keeping her tastes, my tastes & our budget in mind. I’ve been seeing eye doctors since I was 4 and this group rates among the best.

I was very impressed with the professionalism offered to me & my family at Northwest Eyecare. The Doctors and staff are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting a thorough exam. The staff made us feel welcome and the doctors listened to my concerns closely. They really care about their patients. I had a problem no other Doctor had even discovered. They medicated my condition correcting the problem, following up with phone calls to be sure i was progressing nicely. I’m so greatful I went to to them and highly recommend them to anyone!!! y
