Rude staff. People started working on me without telling me their name or what they were doing. Dr Seeds was ok, but I don’t think he checked the lengthy health history form or my list of allergies. There was no discussion of risks of the procedure I was about to undergo. When I called back because I was in pain, the receptionist actually laughed while explaining that the pain was normal! Just horrible.

Horrible. The doctor I saw was arrogant and the staff (Sharon) was snotty and just completely rude. Everyone seemed to hate their job and treat the patients with utter disrespect. I can’t believe that «professionals» would act this way. They also have no idea what they’re doing in the billing dept. they billed the wrong insurance company and caused a lot of problems for me. I had to walk the billing dept. through it over the phone so it was done correctly.
