Love It Again

I absolutely loved it. Lots of items that were new with tags. Easy and organized to shop in. The staff was upbeat and friendly and not only acknowledged me but also spoke to our three year old daughter. One of the ladies working came right over to me to explain how the pricing system works. The bathrooms were also extremely clean. I’ll be returning in the very near future not only to shop but to consign too.

I love the team at this store. The shop is always clean and inviting. Their items are reasonably price and in like new condition. More importantly, they know how to make you feel at home when your there.

This place was awesome! Clothes are in great shape and the staff is so pleasant to be around!

She has hired a team that is supportive, welcoming, and most importantly — service oriented.

We were in the neighborhood and expecting our second LO so we decided to stop in an look around. The staff was very unhelpful and didn’t even look up from their computer screen as we walked in. They didn’t say a word to us until I sarcastically said «ok thanks for the help» as we were walking out. Even though they had what we were looking for my wife and I will not be purchasing anything here. We gave them one star for having what we needed.

How does this place have no reviews? Furthermore, how does it not have a million five-​star reviews!!!
Love It Again is like Once Upon a Child (only a million times better). This store is clean, well laid-​out, has great prices, and their staff is SO helpful and sweet. I was really, really impressed when I came here.
Some ladies that I know had been singing the praises of LIA for a couple months. So when my husband and I found ourselves in the area on Saturday, I knew we needed to stop in!
They sell new and gently used kids items, and everything was of REALLY good quality. I was very impressed with the selection. But taking it a step further, I found the one woman that works there (maybe owns it??) was SO pleasant to be around.
My three year old son found a toy he «needed». He wasn’t about to leave without it, but he was in full on toddler-​meltdown mode. Homie don’t play that. They didn’t even bat an eye at the fact that he was throwing a fit. I was embarrassed, but it happens with kids. They were totally understanding of that!
I will definitely be back for some great deals for my kids!
