Great wings with terrible customer service. This past weekend I placed an order over the phone and was told my food would be ready in 25 minutes. When I got to Wingstop I was asked to wait«a few minutes». 30 minutes later I went to the counter to ask how much longer my food would take and I was handed my bag of food immediately by an unhappy and unapologetic employee. I understand places can run behind a few minutes but for 25 minutes turning into an hour is ridiculous. Also, a couple months ago I ordered boneless wings and was sent home with bone-in wings. I called the store to tell them of the mistake and to get my order corrected. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and replied: «Well do you want these boneless wings instead? If so, you need to come now, we close in 10 minutes and you need to bring me the wings you are not eating». When I got to Wingstop, she opened my box of wings, assume she was checking to make sure I didn’t eat any of them before giving me my new wings? No apology, just a new box of wings.

The original hot wings are so delicious! Im not crazy about the seasoned fries because of the sugar and it wasn’t crunchy when I picked it up. Service was great. I was greeted with a smile and I really like the wings because they are the size they should be unlike other places where the wings are so small… good job I’ll be coming back to try other flavors and sides

Without question one of my favorite places to eat. They have a wonderful variety of flavors and you can’t beat the convenience of boneless wings. Their app is handy when you don’t feel like sitting around waiting for your order but there have been a few times when they have forgotten to check their printer. They did apologize and gave us two free drinks while we waited for our order. Really great customer service and really great food.

First time trying this wing stop… So far the customer service is pretty great… One of my friends told to try the Garlic Parmesan flavor, had a sample and it tasted amazing!!! Definitely will be coming back here for more wings!!!

Staff was nice. Food was good, we did a 30 wing combo pack with mild, hickory bbq, and Louisiana Dry Rub. They were all tasty and the dipping sauce is homemade so that’s a plus. It can get a bit pricy but it’s worth it every once in a while.

Tucked away in a tiny, unassuming strip mall. Inside is clean and cozy. The staff was prompt and very friendly. I will always come back for the lemon pepper boneless wings! The original hot are a crowd pleaser, too. Perfect to-go snacks for any event, large or small. Makes my mouth happy :)

Yumm-eeeee! OK, so by no means am i a wings expert or aficionado, but what i can tell you, is that these wings are deeeelish! I’m on a low-carb diet(started a few days ago and already lost 8 pounds! woohoo!) and was looking for some low carb food… enter, chicken. I’m so tired of rotisserie and pollo spots so I decided to look up chicken that wasn’t the previously mentioned, enter, Wingstop. I called in and Rosie took my call. I swear to God, every day, I am more and more convinced that customer service is dead. Thank you Rosie for proving that customer service is still alive and thriving in certain people. She answered the phone so pleasantly, took my name, and from there on out, she called me by my first name — I know it’s something so little, but it meant a lot to me as a customer. Thank you Rosie! Anyhoo, the wings I got were delish — garlic Parmesan and hot original, i was VERY happy. It’s so far from my work, but I might end up going again … it’s soooo far though… my coworker really enjoyed hers too and she got mango habanero and original hot DELISH!

Clean, friendly service, and not a bad value(10 bone-in wings, two sauces, ranch, big order of fries and fountain drink for 11.44 with tax). But that’s where the positives end. I hadn’t read about those Experiments with micro chickens, but apparently that’s where they get their wings. Seriously, I’ve never seen wings this small before. I had garlic parm(oily and no discernible taste) and original hot which had some heat, but not much flavor. And the sauce was kind of runny– like they used hot sauce and cheap margarine instead of butter. Fries were crispy and generally good, but as someone mentioned, they add sugar to their seasoning which makes it kind of weird. Won’t be rushing back.

AWWW, what happened, Wingstop?! I am so sad that my second experience with these guys wasn’t all that great. The hubs and I made the trek, as I raved on and on about how this was such a great wings joint. We shared the 30-wings, bone-in, all Original Hot. I did request them to be extra well-done, but they just did the standard 9-minutes — the wings themselves were still soft, so I wasn’t a fan, even though I reminded them several times that I wanted it ‘extra crispy!’ T___T I did appreciate, however, that the request for ‘wet’ stuck, as they were quite generous with the sauce. We also shared 2 orders of large-sized seasoned fries — again, these were not crispy, but extremely soggy T___T We had the big tub of the bleu cheese, which was definitely a bargain($ 2.99), compared to purchasing the individual containers for 69c(if you’re a sauce junkie like me, I highly recommend this route). The rolls, as I remember them being oh-so-lovely and buttery, were dry, cold, and had no brushing of butter T___T To top it all off, the Coca Cola Freestyle machine was 99% out of all the flavors, so water was pretty much your only option T___T My favorite staff member was not there, so I am not sure if that was a factor; the experience was such a let-down, that I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon T___T +inconsistent wings T___T +temperature request not honored T___T +soggy fries T___T +dry rolls T___T +Coca Cola Freestyle out of flavors T___T

I wasn’t as huge on this place as Hannah and Adrienne were for this visit. I thought the food was okay. What is carrying the rating is the customer service by Kadeem who was absolutely fabulous. He periodically checked in on us to see how we were, and didn’t hesitate to get us something if we needed it. The food itself was mediocre to me. I got the boneless wings in Hawaiian flavor and teriyaki flavor. I am not disclaiming the flavors because I actually liked the flavors, but the boneless wings were a bit weak. There is definitely more breading on the thing than chicken itself. I didn’t order any fries and opted for carrots sticks. The ranch dressing was pretty good that I used for dipping sauce. I don’t know if I would trek back out here willingly for their wings, but for those who want to get their fix — Wing Stop can for sure help with that.

I ordered 15 wings to go. Only 14 wings came in the package. What wing place charges for ranch and blue cheese. Most places give one, and extras are additional. They also charge extra for celery and carrots. We ordered original hot and garlic parmesan. The wings were dry, lacking any wetness from sauce. They were bland. The original hot had no spice and the garlic parmesan only tasted slightly like plain fried wings with a tiny bit of sprinkled parmesan. They are the first carry-out wings that I have ordered that i had to add salt. First time customer and I won’t be going back. There are plenty of better places to get wings.

I have to say I came here with really high expectations due to my love of great wings! So I was expecting it to be better than Wing Zone, BWW and Wings Over Washington hands down, needless to say I was not impressed. I also think I choose the wrong location obviously. I saw a friend of mine post about his wings two days in a row so I assumed oh Wing Stop must be awesome, WRONG and again I am thinking it is just this location. I ordered Garlic Parmesan, which tasted of nothing more than grease and my second flavor was Lemon Pepper which had great flavor. My issue was more so with them being small an over cooked to the point where they we not enjoyable because they were so hard. I got a side of coleslaw which would have good if it wasn’t soupy and the roll would have been even better with a butter spread. There are two things I will give the thumbs up and that is the Fries which were a hit with me and the Coco Cola Freestyle Machine but you can’t mess those two things up so I guess tha is not saying much! I am not going to totally write Wing Stop off because I honestly feel as though it is just this particular location that may not be a win for me. I will try the Rockville location seeing as though that is where my friend had gone that peaked my interest.

If you like a variety of wings this is a decent place to go. It was so loud with the music and the high ceilings though I’m only going to use it as take out from now on. The food is OK– not great, not terrible, just OK– and if consumption is your goal then order away! But if there are other people inside the door, don’t try and hold a conversation if you are eating inside.

Once upon a time,(apron clad, pony tail and long fake nails) I worked at a Home Depot that was directly across from a Wing Stop and Jamba Juice. On those days when customers would harass me and I was tempted to curse out my supervisor, I would cross the parking lot and head straight into WS for a cold, light Corona, atomic 10 piece, fries and a hot bun. Those days have long since faded away, for I no long speed down Crenshaw to get to work, but tackle the 95 to get home from droning days at school. Well, I recent spotted this little gem and promises I’d be back… for that olé thang. Today is that day! It is only of the only places open in suburbia after 9p(stupid suburbs). Opened my package to my glistening fries(FYI:they put sugar on the fries) and juicy chicken(ask for extra sauce on the wings). I got the original hot and lemon pepper. It was perfect and just as I remembered it from a year a go while visiting CA. I’ll be back, especially because the cashier called me by my name when he said, «Have a good night.»

My go to wing place when I am home visiting my parents!(Alexandria, VA) I love coming here for my chicken wings fix. We ordered the 30 piece bone-in family meal. It comes with large fries, 3 dips, veggies and up to 3 different flavors. My all time favorite flavor is lemon pepper. We got 20 lemon peppers and 10 Hawaiian. We also wanted to get extra seasoning for the fries, which we were never charged for before but they did this time. It’s okay though because it’s just that good. The wings and fries all came out very quick. They were freshly fried and hot. I love it. I am never disappointed with this place. If you’ve never been you have to try it!

This place is pretty good with some flavorful wings. My favorite flavors are garlic parmesean, cajun, louisiana and bbq. The wings are baby size so I think that’s how they get you with buying more wings. The fries are seasonsed well and delicious. Most people do carry out since the place is so small with about 10 tables. So I suggest you take out or you’ll have to wait for a table. The workers are friendly and I haven’t had a problem.
