When I went there, some of the foods were luke warm, the sushi taste old, the waitress never gave refills on my beverage, the restroom was dirty and the buffet had empty trays and some of the food was grossly picked over. A bus load of people were there and the floors were a mess. For what I paid, I’ve had better.

I’m almost embarrassed to write this review because it proves I went here. Although the price is right, the quality was abysmal. Most of the food was warm, whether it was supposed to be cold or hot. Food was mostly tasteless and didn’t have the right textures. The only good item was the noodles, they and the shrimp were cooked to order. My table was cleared once while I was eating, and they took everything including my drink cup and silverware.

I dont go into buffet establishments looking for stellar service but this place was full of blatantly RUDE staff. Not one of them said hello, or excuse me(but certainley walked right in front of me & bumped into me w/o even flinching) or even cracked a smile. As soon as we were brought to our table, the waitress(1 of 20) barked about what we wanted to drink, took off to get them, came back and slammed each drink on the table, causing them to spill over. REALLY? So we get our plates to choose from the buffet which was ehhh… a lot of fried food(dripping with oil), the typical american style chinese food, and a few extra chinese specialties you won’t find at most buffets. The sushi station was pathetic, the fish on each sushi piece was dried along the edges and the rice was hard and gummy. NOTGOOD. But I really had enough when ANOTHER waitress came to refill our drinks and literally slammed my husband’s diet coke so hard back down that it spilled all over AGAIN. This time I immediately chased her down to let her know how terribly rude she was and that she needed to wipe the table because we had coke all over it. She furrowed her brows further and barely apologized, but since my mother had already wiped it down, there was nothing left for her to do. You would think she would be apologetic but NOPE, not at all, just turned around and took off. I just can’t believe this sort of treatment at a restaurant establishment where customer service is a core part of the business. Obviously not here and not ever. These people do not belong in this business as their only goal is to take your money. You’re on your own after that. I went to the restroom before leaving to find a sign on the women’s stalls that read«Do not vomit in the sink please!!!» «Vomitting is only allowed in the toilet!» Who writes this and what kind of place am I in??? All I know is we are never coming back.

So I was waiting on my data to transfer to my new phone at Verizon when my attendant suggested that I get some love lunch. I have to admit that if this hadn’t been the case, I would have never given this place a second thought. However, as soon as I entered Win Buffet, I could see that this buffet offered quite a few authentic dishes that went well beyond your basic General Tao’s Chicken. I was particularly impressed with an octopus stir fry and a peppered crab dish, which both reminded me of dishes I had sampled in China and Cambodia. I’d like to say that I avoided your typical tourist fare, but I couldn’t resist a little honey chicken and Szechuan green beans. These favorites were tasty and made for a yummy lunch. I also tried a small slice of white pizza which I found quit cheesy and delicious. On the whole this is s good buffet and big hit with many customers who have a strong connection to the East; in fact, I have noticed that this place is a favorite stop of Chinese tour buses. This of course underscores the authenticity of Win Buffet, for when I travel, I always seek out the spot where the locals favor… A true sign of the good stuff. Win Buffet offered friendly service and it was jammed packed, but I do think the dining area could be a bit cleaner. I also think they could offer a few more mundane Chinese food selections for some of their less adventurous clientele. Still, when the chopsticks finished the task at hand, I found this dinning experience to be a solid buffet worth the $ 12.95 price tag.

Only If i can give a negative 5 stars, the Spanish lady who serve phở noodles, did not communicate at all, she totally ignored me when I was first in line, then turn around to serve the Spanish guy before me, what is this? What kind of restaurant is this shit, and the Asian guy that serve sushi was completely ignoring me when I spoke to him, it is just horrible, who ever the manger is there should be fired

It wasn’t the worst Chinese buffet I’ve been to, but it’s definitely more on the disappointing side. The food was dry. Service wasn’t that great. There are better buffets in the area.

This is a place for cheap bus tour groups only. The food is disappointing, the restaurant is dated not very clean. Most of the labels are missing from the proximity of the foods. I must say that this is the lowest quality Chinese Buffet that I have experienced. I found the servers to be perfectly friendly and were attentive with their refills of iced tea. Note: Either the air conditioning units are broken or someone is trying to save money at the expense of the guests. It most be unnecessarily difficult for the servers to work in the excessive heat.

All of the food in this place tastes like it’s been preheated from hours, even DAYS ago! Not clean. Flies. The service is weak. Then to top it all off, the food goes through your system so fast it’ll seem as if you dropped it! Two thumbs down. Steer clear.

Alright, I’ll be straight up about this place. I think the food is great, they have a huge variety of foods you can pick from. I go there because there isn’t another place where you can eat a lot of Chinese food for one good price. Heres the catch though, their service is terrible. It’s horrible. The waitresses are so rude, they don’t smile, they don’t communicate well with customers and when they do they are just rude. And yes it is all of them. I don’t know, maybe their boss wants them to be rude? Because I’ve been going there for the last 2 years and their service gets worse every time. Now every time I go I get up myself and I serve myself my own drinks because I’m just not trying to lose my appetite because of bad service. Don’t go and be surprised if you experience this. I’m telling you now expect it. Other than that, food is good and worth the price.

I never expected that win buffet can have such bad customer service. The waitress never cleaned up my table or refill my cup with soda. I was eating with a bunch of plates on my table that I even had to move from table. Horrible food! The bathrooms are so discusting it’s not clean there is toilet paper on the floor, the toilets are dirty(it looks like if no one has clean the bathroom for weeks), and the bathroom doors don’t close. Also, the place was not even full. People please don’t come here! Don’t waist your money here! Eat somewhere else please!

A pretty bad buffet. One of the worst I’ve ever been to. Horrible seafood soup, chicken too; the only good things were the mashed potatos and desserts. Overall bad, bland, cold food, not enough food laid out, empty trays, the list goes on and on. Now, if there is plenty of other choices around, like Arby’s or KFC, why go to this buffet at all?

«STAYAWAY» Maybe I got there too close to closing time, but there was hardly anything left. It was either scrap or completely dried out. I would think it’s courtesy to let customers know that they will not have a full selection before charging full price. But then again, what was I expecting from a ghetto chinese buffet?! I blame this horrid experience on the traffic on Little River Turnpike that kept me from going to Yechon on this one evening in May. After sitting in the same spot for nearly 40mins, my hangriness took over and I asked to pull into the closest, fastest eatery. Once again my impatience bites me in the ass! So, I started writing this review on 5÷14÷14, and finally got around to finishing it. Kudos to me~

Someone please direct me to what about this buffet constitutes as a ‘win’. I’d been to this place once before(with a very vague memory of the experience) so decided to give another shot as a last-minute attempt to salvage a food date with my fiancé. Bad idea. To start off, something about the environment of the restaurant just seemed OFF. There was trash stacked up in corners of the building, spills on the floor, and bits of food scattered over the counters. The food appeared to have been sitting out for quite a while, but it was quite busy in the restaurant that Sunday afternoon, so I can’t imagine that being the case with so many people. Anyways, I piled on my first plate with a little of something from each section of the buffet and sat down. Fueled by a rather ravenous hunger, I sat and dug in. A few moments later(literally like 2 minutes into eating) I took a bite of one of the teriyaki sticks and had a very queasy feeling in my stomach. Took a few sips of my drink to try to solve the issue with no luck. Moments later, I was headed to the bathroom to vomit. Unfortunately, my arrival to the bathroom was no help to the situation, as it was in terrible condition. There was stagnant urine & toilet paper in the stalls and on the floor — NOTHING about this bathroom made me feel comfortable touching anything. I finished up as fast as I could, and(surprisingly) continued to dine. Two plates later, I realized I was literally trying to force the food down and hadn’t finished the contents of any plate yet. So my fiancé and I decided to hit the bricks. In a last attempt to have SOMETHING positive to say, I got the two things you really can’t screw up in a buffet: the jello, and the ice cream. Both were averagely pleasant, but everything else offered(even on a Sunday) screamed«Please, don’t come back.» On the bright side, if you ever have a hankering for jello and ice cream, this is definitely a cheap place to fill up on that. The only really positive sides to this overall experience were the fact that the restaurant was inexpensive, and if you get tired of waiting for a server to bring you your drinks(which happened several times during me desperately trying to stomach the food) you can just walk up to the fountain and get them yourself. Those are the ONLY reasons I gave this ‘Win Buffet’ a second star, but would not recommend this establishment as a first choice for dining. In conclusion… no, I didn’t not find a Win. In fact, ‘Win Buffet’ turned out to be a loss al around.

The place can only go up to get to putrid level. Men’s room had no paper towels when we walked in and still had no paper towels when we finished dinner is over 30 minutes later. The food was edible but definitely nothing special, the staff never bothered to set the table bring any utensils or anything we were constantly looking for where things were located throughout the restaurant. Obviously the people that work there don’t give a shit. Don’t spend your money there. Avoid at all costs.

It’s a Chinese buffet. Food is served on steam tables. You want haute cuisine? Go somewhere else. You want good variety at a low price? This is one of the better options around. I’d avoid the deep-fried options, unless you get there right after the restaurant opens or you see the waitstaff adding something fresh. Chicken doesn’t benefit from sitting out in the first place and(other than the unsauced chicken for the sweet-and-sour chicken and the crispy squid), none of its particularly good, anyway. The seafood, however, is very good for the price. Baby octopus, the crispy squid, and the salt-and-pepper(shell-on) shrimp are all nice options. Crawfish and crab are nothing special. It’s nice to have them available, but I wouldn’t bother. The best options are the sauteed/sauced dishes. The beef with broccoli, General Tso’s chicken, Mongolian beef, Mapo tofu, and other Sino-American standbys are competently made. The more«exotic» options, like tripe and tendon, are good, though often bland. Finally, you’ve got the sushi. The fish usually is thin, and the maki is only okay at best. But there’re some nice options if you know how to evaluate what you’re seeing. In my opinion, the best value by far is to get what you want as carry-out. Prices range from $ 4.25 to $ 4.95 per pound, depending on time(more if you get only sushi and seafood). My usual pickup is some squid, some baby octopus, roast chicken on a stick, tripe, and either spicy chicken, honey chicken, or General Tso’s chicken. Full box, maybe three meals, for about $ 10. Pro tip — the chicken on a stick is merely okay in the restaurant. It’s actually much better if it’s reheated.

This place was so gross, I couldn’t even eat my first serving of food. This is a buffet and I am not sure they could have paid me to eat there. Food was unidentifiable. Smell of the place was beyond unappetizing. And was that taped karaōke for the music? Avoid this place at all costs.

I never come to Chinese buffets with high expectations. Actually, I never come to them with any expectations. With this mindset, I’m always pleasantly surprised. Win Buffet was no exception. I pulled into the lot of the shopping center, and had little difficulty locating the buffet because of its neon signs and cloud of Chinese food smells surrounding the area. Always a good sign in my book. You enter and there’s a register at the end of the hallway where you pay before you dine. I saw something about eating for less if you’re under 5 ft, but because I don’t fit that criteria I didn’t particularly care. The total came to a little under $ 25 for two people. After handing the receipt over to the hostess, we were seated. She took our drink orders. We both got water, but soda is no extra charge if you’re so inclined. The selection at this place is pretty good! There’s a salad/fruit bar(which I avoided… Eating healthy is NOT why I go to a buffet), American/fried food section, seafood section, Chinese food section, and a dessert area. I went for the fried foods first. The french fries were good, though cold. They were pre-seasoned fries, which is my favorite. I also got chicken nuggets(which were just okay), and chicken wings(which were delicious. They were dry, which is my favorite way to eat wings – don’t judge). After that, I moved on to Chinese food. I got a spicy chicken(similar to a Kung Pao Chicken, though not nearly as spicy), General Tso’s, and lo mein. Again, as nothing was hot, it wasn’t spectacular, but it wasn’t bad either. My boyfriend got egg drop soup also and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had.(May I note that the soup was the one thing that wasn’t cold. In fact, it was extremely hot.) On my third round, I tried some pizza also. The crust was sweet, which was a bit weird, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. For dessert, I had Chinese donuts(okay, but they were kind of hard), a cheesecake thing(good, but not as sweet as I would’ve liked), and ice cream(a deliciously icy swirl. It was icy yet creamy, and almost tasted like frozen pudding.) In addition to the foods I mentioned, they also had chicken sticks, calamari, salmon, fried fish, and other soups(among a lot of other things that I can’t remember). They also have ketchup and siracha sauce, as well as soy sauce, for your dipping pleasure. Like I said, I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely feel like that the two of us ate at least $ 25 worth of food. However, I docked a star because our«waitress» never refilled our water cups(I’m not sure if we could do it ourselves or not… No one else got up to refill their cups, so I’m not sure about this one) and we never got our fortune cookies at the end. That one may be because we just got up to leave, not signaling that we were done eating or anything like that. Overall, though, I would recommend this place if you’re a fan of the sleaze that is Chinese buffets. It’s a typical Chinese buffet experience.
