They’re kinda slow w maintenance requests. Not a ghetto building at all. Very clean. No loiterers. No prob w parking. Tennis courts & pool/​no gym. Playground too. Building is filled w friendly people from around the world. Lots of Muslims & Indians. Respectful smiling people here. They allow dogs but I’ve never heard a bark! Great place to be I think. Right down the street from Grand Mart– cheapest produce in town. Move here. !
