There should be a Taco Bell law that you don’t run out of mild sauce. The store was clean. How does a Taco Bell run out of mild sauce? The employees were nice. Why bother with those adorable sayings on the packet if you are going to run out? I love the dollar menu. HOW do you not have enough packets of mild sauce? The tostadas are my favorite. Don’t you sell enough items to know that EVERYONE lives for the mild sauce? The tostadas are on the dollar menu. Keep an extra box in the back for emergencies! You can request to have the hot chipotle sauce left off it if you don’t like spicy sauce. The entire reason I visit taco bell is for the mild sauce. The bathroom was clean. They were out of mild sauce.

Pretty bad service as usual after 1am. I guess we can’t expect much more from this company, which is sad.

The service was very efficient and cashier was patient while we figured out what we wanted. However, the dining area could be little bit cleaner but maybe they were understaffed that day. Who knows. But big dining area too tho.

Extremely poor customer service. There is no way that I should be allowed to stand at the register, first in line and the only person in line and not greeted. The ladies did however peep in my direction as they carried on with their personal conversation.

Fast and friendly service! The lady was very helpful and thoughtful! The food was extremely fresh and hot unlike several stores I have experienced in the area!

About 2– 3 years ago, I visited this particular Taco Bell. He was arrogant, rude, and obnoxious. This foreign-looking manager may have been a racist as I was treated with little respect. Some of the staff at the front counter lack customer service skills(this is hit and miss, as it depends on the employee greeting you). I am giving this store one star because of the manager’s attitude. I avoid this particular store when I can because my experience was horrible.

This was probably the best Taco Bell I have been to in the area, if not one of my all time top ten Taco Bells. This location was very clean(including the bathroom). The staff was friendly and my order was fast, fresh, and correct. The staff there were also great at figuring out that I did not know how I wanted my meat/cheese/tortilla arranged and allowed me plenty of time to figure it out, and when I took a step forward they were ready to assist. Again, one of the best Taco Bells I have been to in a long time. Great management and staff here!

The service and the food is fine. Seating is adequate because most of the customers go for the take-out option. Since this Taco Bell, with two approaches to its parking lot, is sandwiched in between Richmond Highway and Fordson Road, patrons have to be mindful of motorists entering/exiting the premises.

Horrible service. First of all I pay and don’t receive any change back because the drive thru lady put my change in her pocket. Then when I do receive my orders they weren’t even sure of what they were giving me when they have my order right there. And now onto the food it was shit not well done as if it wasn’t made well enough. Then i ordered a supreme taco for my crunch wrap supreme meal and I get a regular taco and receive my supreme taco in my crunch wrap slider box.

My all time favorite food chain. My 20 months old love their potato fiesta and my favorite is crispy taco with hot sauce and I always sprinkle some salt. I will come soon.

This taco bell is clean and they always get my order right. My daughter loves taco bell so we frequently visit. This is the best one to go to in the area especially if you want to eat inside.

I usually wouldn’t do a review of Taco Bell, but this location was right on time for me that night! The young guy at the drive thru was very helpful and was very fast and efficient! He was very friendly as well! And the food, well, it is Taco Bell! It was good!

This newer Taco Bell is a strong upgrade over the vast majority of Taco Bells in the Greater Alexandria region. They provide delicious mealt cheese beans rice vegetable tortilla foods at a reasonable price and they don’t try to rip you off. The staff on this Taco Bell team is actually quite adept at their positions. We frequent this establishment and rarely have to have missing items replaced. I want to thank the hard-working people behind the scenes who make my delicious smothered burrito happen so perfectly!

Third time here and it deserves a review. Solid service and clean. Food according to Taco Bell specs. Taco bells system of food prep is very systematic and they follow it to the t.

Holy Crap Batman! Is this a new fancy sitdown restaurant? No! Its taco bell! But you’d never know walking in. Fancy tile on the floor, beautiful partition, and a very understated menu. The food comes out on a little individual tray now, and the condiments are nicely organized. Its typical taco bell food, but exceptional change in in dining experience. wow.

Not much to say except it’s clean, competent, and OPENUNTIL3AMONTHEWEEKEND. Hear that, Route 1 eateries: people do get hungry after 10pm and they need something to eat after a night of dancing and nightclubbing. That stretch of Route 1 is filled with a mixed bag of eateries, but if you’re hungry after 10pm, you’re pretty much stuck with McDonalds or the odd pizzeria. Everybody’s kitchen closes at 10pm, including all my favorite tacquerias(La Mexicana and Tacos El Costalilla). After a late night downtown, I would often find myself having to drive to the Taco Bell near Fort Belvoir to get my late night taco fix, but not anymore. It’s new, so the place is clean, but if you’re doing late night dining, the only thing that’s open is the drive through, which is fine by me. They only thing they’re lacking is the fabled Chili Cheese Burrito, but I can’t fault them for that. No Taco Bell in DC/MD/VA carries it anymore. The 99 cent menu will get the job done without making your pants explode, but those 1lb burritos make a great nightcap. Bonus points for being pretty well lit.
