Soigne Salon

I love going to this place because it is like a hidden gem. The staff is wonderful and they are very attentive. I always take a nap while enjoying my wonderful spa pedicure.

My haircut was like something my mom gave me in 3^rd grade: uneven and odd looking.
I heard about Soigné from a stranger who had really beautiful hair. I asked where she had it cut, and she raved about Soigné. So I booked an appointment, and was excited to hear that the price was reasonable– 45.
The physical salon is cute looking and roomy, but the haircut was horrible. I’ve never seen the technique that Linda, the hairdresser, used. I told Linda that I was growing out my hair (it was a few inches below my shoulders). I told her I wanted the dead ends cut, and that she could put in some layers. And she chopped my hair up horribly. She bluntly cut my hair as though she’d never been trained. The bottom of my hair almost looks like a mullet.
To top it off, when I came home, my roommate told me my hair looked bouncy and full, like Jennifer Aniston. Nice, but that haircut was all the rage in the 90s. We’re in 2009.
Maybe you’ll have better luck. It seemed promising, but I walked away disappointed.
