Papa John’s Pizza

Standard box store pizza which isn’t saying much.

Giving this 4-​stars on the attitude of the manager and their commitment to good customer service.
Never done delivery from here. Mostly I’ve done «spur of the moment stop in for a pie» so there’s not even been a call ahead in most cases.
Staff has always been prompt and the pizza good, but one day I was sitting waiting for my pizzas (2) to take home to some friends and the manager saw me sitting waiting. I hadn’t even been waiting that long. But he promptly reminded his staff that customer’s physically in the store should be handled with priority and offered me a diet coke while I was waiting.
I was shocked. I really appreciate good customer service and expect it when I go to a sit down restaurant. It was refreshing to find even a simple neighborhood pizza place thinks customer service is important too.
