This was by far the worse service, as it relates to quality of food, I’ve ever received from Panera Bread. Typically, my order is made fresh; however, I arrived one hour prior to closing only to get home to a completely burnt sandwich. To make matters worse, this was the first meal I was hoping to eat after a battle of sickness at the ER earlier today. How disappointing. I contacted a manager and he stated that I could bring my receipt back to the store tomorrow in order to receive a refund and remake of my order. It is nice to know that corrective action will be taken, but in the meantime I am starving:(

I would give it a 1 star for the service, the food was ok which is why I’m back to 2 stars. When ordering the girl running the register was not listening at all when we ordered, had to repeat our selves a few times which should have been a clue. Then our food was wrong coming up, they didn’t have the soup we ordered and we didn’t know this until they called us up for our salads(that were full salads vice a half would be ok or we would have paid for an½ salad but we ordered half and got charged for a full) then not having the soup we wanted was again frustrating, then the manager says u only ordered 1 soup… I’m like dude we ordered 2 of the same thing… so he gave me a tomato soup, which is always the fall back soup. Anyway then the salads come up. with no dressing had to go back and ask for it, to only get a small dixie portion which caused me to have to go back again… needless to say the Service totally sucks here… and we luv panera, so yeah this location is a no go from now on!

Solid place to get a salad or sandwich. Very kid friendly both in food and ambiance which is worth a lot to me. Ordering off the Panera Kids menu, we can grab a cup of chicken noodle soup, organic milk and squeezable organic yogurt. After a morning swim, my daughter is hungry and I’m confident I’m giving her a healthy and satisfying lunch. Tip: if you haven’t been in the past year, give Panera a try. They’ve made an extra effort to add even more healthy, flavorful options to the menu– including soba noodle soups, Power Kale Chicken with Caesar salad, and BluePrint juices. Try the beet juice– trust me, it’s good and your body feels awesome after it!

I really enjoyed my morning visit into this bakery today. The warm welcome from the staff and quick service made my visit worth the stop. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel with a spread of reduced fat honey walnut cream cheese($ 3.07). The bagels are SO fresh and straight outta the oven when they open so I advise coming at their opening hours(5:30am). Side note: their wifi speed is pretty fast. So if you are working in a corner nook on your laptop you can definitely be productive and have a quiet background with light music.

I love Panera and usually have great customer service and good food. I ordered a Sierra Turkey Sandwich 11÷7÷15 around 3:30. I ate it for dinner around 6 and ended up feeling sick. I took pepto that night and had sour stomach all night. Other symptoms I won’t mention but no appetite, retching and nausea today. For some reason my mind is thinking it was the red onion or mayo based spread on the sandwich.

I like the butternut squash and lemon chicken soups which comes with a choice of bread and I get the multi grain roll. After several visits finally realized the butter is hidden under the counter.

I don’t typically write reviews for chain restaurants. It’s Panera — you know what you’re going to get. However, for my 3rd(and final) visit, I have been thoroughly disappointed with this particular Panera. To start, there was only one person in line in front of me and a plethora of employees(2 at the registers, 3 managerial types, and 2 apparently on a break), and I waited 3 minutes just to place my order. At the register, she said«the screen on the computer has been acting up» which should have been my cue to leave. 15 minutes after arriving, I received my order of pick 2 with a bacon turkey bravo sandwich and Greek salad. But, I actually received the smoked turkey sandwich and a chicken Caesar salad. The only good service I received was the man at the counter who corrected the order promptly. The Greek salad had only 2 olives and a bunch of wilty lettuce, and the toasted sandwich bread was burnt. Par for the course, the free birthday brownie(my reason for stopping in the first place) was stale and chewy. I’ve given this Panera 3 tries in the last few months, which I think is pretty fair. But, 3 strikes, you’re out!

Been here several times. Plenty of plugs to plug in your laptop and various devices. Plenty of seating as well, which is always a huge plus +. My current favorite items are the soba noodles, and chicken strawberry poopy seed salad.

Before this Panera opened up, I had never been to one, but started ordering online for convenience. The people who put the orders together need help and the management is less than relatable when it comes to empathy when an order is messed up, but the lady named Tay who works as a cashier has more than made up for the management. I order the same thing every day for lunch and generally it is messed up. Missing salad dressing or wrong size of soup. She always offers me a freebee, which I really should take her up on, but she is just a genuine good person to deal with and every customer focused company needs someone like her. P. S. Check your order before you leave.

It’s been years since I’ve been to panera bread but after my trip today I’ll definitely be back soon. service was great, our cashier Mia was extremely helpful and friendly when we had trouble making up our minds. there were a lot of great menu options and many healthy selections. loved my half salad/half sandwich! generous portion sizes for a good price.(-:

Panera overall is good, but this location isn’t. Most of the staff is awful. The food is usually good and the bathrooms and tables are not as clean as one would like.

It’s a solid 4 for, the variety and freshness of the food. I like their 50⁄50 orders and they seem to be nice and organized.

This Panera seems to be better then other locations in the area. Staff had a friendly greeting, and there was a line starting so another employee came forward and took my order in a timely manner, she even recommended something! I got a Togo and it was up in less then 5 min. Even got a «thank you» from the man who made my lunch. Downside is parking, yet again I find myself in this tiny lot! The parking lot is filled with food places and office spaces so it is always crammed, but I’ll be back for the simple fact of the customer service and food I was given!

This is Panera. You know the food and it’s done as it is done in any other Panera. The downside to this location though is the seating. Like it is during weekday lunch hours, today’s(Saturday) lunch was insanely busy with long lines. The staff managed the lines well. That’s not the problem. The problem is the seating. Some of the seating is just too close/cramped. I get it, it’s busy — and I love that four people were playing cards while some people looked hopefully for a place to sit. I was lucky. I sat at a table with my chair so close to some stranger that we may as well have been at the same table.

My son spilled my cup of water on our table. The manager walked by and noticed, asked if I wanted a lid for the cup. He came back with a yogurt just for my son! How thoughtful!

What is going on at this Panera? Disorganized panic behind the counter. I had to go to three different people and three different locations to get my order complete. Pastries and bagels delivered separately and several minutes apart, drinks even later, hot sandwich way after that and is that WAXPAPERINSIDEMYSANDWICH??? Yes, yes it is. Ugh.

I’ve been to many Panera locations and the expedition of my order, no matter what it is, is always timely, and the food itself, consistently palatable. My usuals vary but cycle between french onion soup, Thai chicken salad, Asian sesame salad, caesar salad, and the paninis. Today, I actually tried one of their pasta dishes for the first time, the alfredo tortellini. topped with fresh Parmesan, it was perfect, but I guess you can’t do too much damage with alfredo sauce. I give Panera four stars only because I wish the prices were a little lower. I would love to eat at Panera everyday, but my wallet would hate me. Also, the 30-minute WiFi limit puts a damper on things as well. Hey Girl at the counter today — SMILE. At least act like you enjoy your job. That’s all.

I’ve been here a few times while living in Alexandria. The parking lot where this Panera is located is always packed, and many of the stores in this section of the shopping center are up for lease(meaning if there were more stores, the parking situation would be worse). The parking snakes around a lot one way only, but drivers sometimes go the wrong way and pedestrians plunge into the parking lot without a care. As for Panera itself, I recommend avoiding coming here during lunch time. It’s just a zoo with people waiting in long lines and dealing with an understaffed plight. I’ve gone here and walked out because of the inconsolable lines and instead ordered a to-go order at Noodles & Co(same side of the street, but further down, near the Giant and Starbucks) by phone and it was ready by the time I got there. My most recent experience was also unpleasant. While the food was delicious, I was not pleased with how small the portion is for the price. You’re better off spending $ 6-$ 10 and getting a very wholesome meal elsewhere. If you are a Panera fan, my recommendation is to find a different location where the wait is more reasonable.

Great Panera. I was third in line with two cashiers and they took my order and delivered it on the tray for me to pick up very quickly. Bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup was top notch-arooni and cheap to boot!

This was my first time in Panera Bread because I am not a bread lover. So I ventured in yesterday to see if they had salads, and I was in luck. I ordered the Thai chicken salad which I really enjoyed. When I return, I will make sure they remove the edomame that I now hate(because the salad was loaded with them). As I dined in, I also noticed people with great looking sandwiches and soups. This is a place to go when you are tired of the other fast food chains and need to mix it up a bit with little time. I will now add Panera to my regular salad rotation.
