L Granite System USA, LLC

The business run is owned by one owner, husband and wife, under two names. The other one is called Curtains Upholstery and Furniture LLC. I have had a horrible experience with L GRANITE SYSTEM USA, LLC. After seeing signs on the street for installing my granite I called them to get a quote. The owner came to my house, a bolivian man, who gave me an estimate and told me to go to the granite whole sale in Lorton to pick out the granite I wanted for installation for the kitchen.
I selected the granite and on the day before picking up, he came to the house and removed the old kitchen countertop and sink. The next day when he brought the granit for installation, i realized that it was not the one I ordered. He insisted it was the one I ordered and he went to go pick it up; i told him that there was a huge black mark in the middle of this granite and the one i selected did not have that mark.
I called the wholesale grantie store, and they confirmed that Manuel didnt even come to pick up the granite. The one I had selected was still there at the whole sale store. At this point, I had no sink or kitchen, and when I confronted them about this, they ignored me and refused to finish the work.
Please do not use these companies. They are not professionals.
