Keytek Locksmith

Well… I awoke to find that my house had been broken into and the bastards stole nothing but all of our keys (I am sure that the house alarm scared them off) with that being said, I had no house key, car keys, we were stuck. I called and spoke with Alexander and let him know what happened, he said that he would come right out. He took my information and he showed up in about 30 – 40 minutes.
He was awesome, he re-​keyed my entire house and my car. He was very professional and polite. His prices were very reasonable and I would absolutely use them again

Got locked out of our home returning from a trip. Called Keytek locksmith and the technitian came within 20 minutes. Had purchased the Unilocal voucher and when told this to the technitian, he gave me the phone to speak with Alex, his boss, explained to him about the voucher and he asked the technitian to write down the number. He called back and then the technitian stopped doing the work stating they don’t get paid by Unilocal.He refused to pass me the phone to his boss and started to acting rude. At least got him to cross out the voucher number which he initially was refusing to do. Called back the company and they stated that they don’t get paid by Unilocal.Mentioned to him that their company name shows they honor this coupon which we already paid for. He said that is not the case and since they didn’t get anything from Unilocal we either pay to the technitian or they won’t do the work. We are writing to Unilocal to request a refund. The service from this company is a shame. We will reach out to another business to get our problem resolve, do yourself a favor a look at another company that is happy to receive your business.

They arrived within 20 – 30 minutes of my phone call at after 8pm. They unlocked my interior door in about the same time. I just wish I wasn’t in such a rush to get the door unlocked, they have a $ 30 off coupon on Unilocal that I missed. It turned out to be $ 125 including the $ 30 service fee.
