If you’re having him do notary work for a vehicle transfer and your from out of town. Watch out, he won’t send all the fees into Harrisburg. Weeks later you’ll get all the paper work back saying you owe 20 $ dollars. When you call him he’ll tell you you need to bring all the paper work with you. BS., he has a copy of it. Avoid at all costs
