I have lived here for years. Eventhough the building tends to change management for the most part most of the managers have been decent until the current manager. I find the current manager very unprofessional and incompetent. I hear many residents have complained but corporate is not responsive and seems to be disorganized. They do not have direct number or person to talk to so you have to leave a message. I personally have not gotten a call back. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I lived here a few years ago, the building is very nice, they do a good job of up keep, and I got a great rent special for a two bedroom. My place had a floor to ceiling window that I loved. They have a secure parking lot, but the attendants were a little slow, always asking me if I lived there when I pulled up, just look at the sticker on my car Einstein. The night concierge is equally obtuse, had several run ins with them. This building is very diverse which was a plus for me, but I know some won’t like that. Many of the kids here are awful, they are hell bent on making the place into a slum, when it is actually fairly nice. Oh, if you come in late, parking can get very limited, and then you are left to deal with the parking lot attendant, see previous comment.
