My friends, don’t use this agency. It is a SCAM!!!
They promise to make the process of getting passport faster (in 45 days), but this will never happen. They could not arrange our visa in the agreed time. My 220 $ express fee was for nothing. Highly disappointed.

I used Consular Assistance to obtain an Uzbekistan tourism visa as I needed help to get it on my French passport, while also being an American residing in the US.
Radu, my contact, provided me useful information in advance so that I could feel reassured that I could send out my passport without any concerns. It took 10 days, round trip from Los Angeles, to get my passport back with the Uzbek visa. We used FedEx.
So, they got the job done and on time.
Only snag was that more frequent/​useful communication would have been useful during the processing phase. A couple email updates would have been nice.
