How do I put zero? This is the worst place. This girl in glasses, brunette, at the bar was literally talking and sitting down to people and didn’t get up until a guest walked in and noticed no one was helping them. Terrible service. Another thing. The African American manager. Was terrible. By far the worst management ever. How can a big restaurant have a manger with such poor people skills. By the way the name is Antweone.

A few friends and I met up at Chili’s for an early dinner, as one had excited suggested it as a laid back place to catch up. A national chain, this restaurant serves up various appetizers, lunch combos, fajitas, dinner options, and desserts. It seems as if there were more combo specials added to the menu and even a tablet-ordering system that was installed at every table(it was cool to pay via there as well as to take a mini survey at the end). We started off with Bottomless Tostada Chips, extra-thin corn tostada chips made fresh daily, with a side of fresh salsa — these were super addicting! The tostada chips were super thin and crispy, and the salsa was the right consistency of being chunky, had the right amount of kick, and paired well with the chips. I had the Big Mouth Bites, which were 4 mini burgers with thick juicy patties, topped with chopped applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions, and topped with house-made ranch sauce. I was surprised, as the buns were nice and soft, the patties super juicy and thick, and there was a generous topping of the bacon and the caramelized onions — even better with some ketchup! These came with a side of homestyle fries that were freshly-fried, and housemade garlic dill pickle slices that had a nice sweet and salty tang to them. We also shared the Molten Chocolate Cake, which looked like a mini volcano of chocolate cake, topped with vanilla ice cream(that was covered with a thin chocolate shell), drizzled with fudge and caramel — this was pretty delicious, as the cake itself was very moist, warm, and the ratio of the ice cream to the cake was pretty good. Our server was Jenny, and she was ONPOINT — the most sweetest and the most efficient server I’ve had at a Chili’s, she was super! She made sure that our chips and the drinks were refilled, and checked up on us multiple times throughout the evening to make sure we had everything. This location is also pretty busy with the patrons, but kept clean, and the staff are pretty friendly. If you get a hankering for Chili’s or just a place with a laidback atmosphere, check this Kingstown location out! +tablet-ordering system at each table +lunch/appetizer deals +Bottomless Tostada Chips: D +Molten Chocolate Cake +HH +ask for Jenny: D :D :D

So was in an indecisive state when asked if I wanted chills or IHOP. Chose chilis since its been a while and haven’t had a problem before. –1: we waited 15 – 20 min just to meet our server and order drinks. nonetheless we already knew what we wanted and didn’t even have to open the menu. We watched as other servers tending the surrounding tables were taken care of while we waited. Having just got off work from 10am to 8pm I was pretty exhausted and ended up laying my head down on the table, leading to our server giving us attention. Was actually tempted to go to IHOP. –1: I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and got an overly sweetened iced tea. It was so sweet you can see the sugar stuck all over the ice. I could tell even before I drank it to make sure. Ordered the 2 for $ 20 with my boyfriend. We started with the spicy panko onion rings which were pretty good. He ordered the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas and I got the 6′ sirloin with garlic broccoli and subbed my mash potatoes with south western Mac n cheese. –1: Usually I have no problem with substituting my side but our waitress had mentioned she couldn’t do it and we’d have to be charged full for the Mac n cheese. We went for it anyway. –1: the sirloin was over salted and seasoned. Broccoli was heaped with salt and garlic. +1: Mac n cheese was pretty good. The quesadillas were yummy, could’ve been toasted a little more but still good and the steak was actually cooked medium rare so no complaints there. –1: we paid $ 1.99 for endless games on their tablets but it had froze and when asked to help, waitress just said there’s nothing they could do. So that was a waste. +1: our waitress checked in on us pretty regularly for the food follow ups so that was nice. We ordered the Oreo molten cake and it was so good(I’d recommend it) I know chilis isn’t an upscale dining experience but as a waitress myself, I was willing to get up and wait on my own table. Even other waiters had to get her attention and tell her to pay
