Dr. Hurtado is the best doctor I have ever had. This practice is amazing from the doctors, nurses, and lab staff to the front desk-​all around great!

I am so glad that I found Dr. Leila Youssef as my primary doctor. It’s very convenient to be able to have your lab work and examinations done on the same premises. She has always been very attentive to my concerns and answers all of my questions thoroughly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and top notch. She truly cares for her patients and takes the time to make sure that she has addressed everything to your satisfaction. I truly trust her and her opinions. The office staff is friendly, efficient, competent, accommodating and work well together. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. I am very pleased using this office. I feel that my heath is in very good hands with Dr. Youssef. I will recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues.

This place IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS. When you schedule an appointment make sure you have the WHOLE DAY OFF. You’re appointment will NEVER be on time, I promise you that. Dr. Youssef is alright not worth the wait. Nothing special really. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. They don’t have phenomenal doctors. They have several different doctors and not enough rooms. Do NOT come here.

Dr. Leila Youssef is simply the best! She has wonderful bed side manners and LISTENS to you with care and does not rush through the exam. There was NO wait time and check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend her as a primary care doctor!

I’ve been going here for years now. I started using this since they take walk ins and they also can take your blood instead of sending you to another location for laboratories. Dr. Hurtado is my allergist and he’s pretty good, he’s just hard to get an appointment. For everything else, I see Dr. Sullivan, she’s pretty good too. The wait times are not bad. The building itself is kind of old but, the office is clean.

The Office Manager here is the rudest person I have ever come across!
I went to this office several times last year and had absolutely no issues at all. I went in for an appointment today and they suddenly don’t accept my insurance. Absolutely nothing has changed about my insurance since last year. When I told them I came to the office last year and had no issues, I was told it was a mistake and that everyone in their office knows they don’t accept my insurance and never did. I’m sorry, but clearly someone doesn’t because I visited several times. Why would I go to the office in the first place if there was any indication that my insurance isn’t accepted? Also, how does the office not catch that after several visits? Clearly there are holes in their system.
My issue isn’t that they don’t take my insurance, my issue is how the situation was handled. When I addressed this with the Office Manager she was incredibly rude right off the bat! She started throwing a bunch of insurance jargon around and when I asked for clarification — she started yelling at me! She told me EVERYONEEE in their office knows they don’t take my insurance (then why did you see me so many times last year and cover it with my insurance???) and then wanted me to pay out of pocket for today’s appointment. Uhm, why? Someone in your office made the mistake last year. If someone told me the first day I went there that my insurance isn’t accepted, why the heck would I return? I would go somewhere else. Anyway, this lady is yelling at me because her office made a mistake, but some how this is my fault (???). Naturally I get upset and refuse to pay for today’s appointment. As soon as I show that I’m upset — she pushes me into an office, closes the door, and then yells at me to get out otherwise she will call security. What the F?!
I really, really wish I could give her negative stars.
Obviously, it’s your choice if you want to be a patient here, but I certainly wouldn’t want to go to an office where the Office Manager is so rude. Everyone else in the office seems okay, but clearly the staff is not well educated on their policies. If you do decide to go — make sure you triple check on whether your insurance is accepted. Maybe even ask 2 or 3 people because talking to just one person doesn’t seem to be enough with these folks. Otherwise, you might just end up with a big fat bill.

Told me a test would be $ 40. Then I get a bill for $ 350 from a lab where the work was done. Apparently, it cost them $ 40 to draw the blood and Fed-​Ex it to a lab. It would have been nice of them to tell me that when I asked how much the tests would cost.
The nurse practitioner that saw me (they save money by not having doctors, like most places now) was OK. The place seemed a little shabby, but not as bad as some doctor’s offices I have seen. I did get in fast and was seen without waiting too long.
So if you have insurance or don’t care how much you are being billed, this might be a good option. I just can’t recommend it because it was pretty clear they were more interested in getting an extra $ 40 from me that telling me the truth. What else might they order if I had insurance?
