The staff/​owner this shop are really dishonest. They told me what the cost would be to repair. I got a phone call wanting to take a different approach because he was almost sure it will fix the problem with the throttle body of my Volvo. I drove my car the next day after my car was supposedly fixed. My Volvo went limp while driving 60 MPH on 495N. The risk my family and I suffered during this experience was awful. I went back, they were going to charge me hundreds extra for the same repair when none of the circumstances had changed. The owner was going to get the throttle body piece for $ 536 plus charge me labor. I purchased the same part from the same place mechanics use for $ 400.
I had someone helped to me by picking up the vehicle the first time due to my work load that day. He was kind to help. The owner asked if «He was my boyfriend». I would like to know; Why should it matter? Why are you questioning a stranger who you just met about my personal business?
It took me a while, but I found an honest mechanic that I am grateful to put the safety of my family in his hands.
