They have gone through 2 new owners in the last 4 years. And each has topped the next on food service quality. We stopped going there about 6 months ago after 3 bad experiences. The last was, no one is watching when you come in, and so when 4 others have their order taken before you, and you were their first, and you know it takes them more then 45 minutes to cook the chicken, and each order is cooked in the que taken… you can see where this leaves you. Now if you want to drink and drink and drink(which is what they want you to do), this may all be good. But I don’t drink, and my wife has only one, I can’t be there for a dinner that does not take 2 hours of my life. So the chicken is good, fresh and what ever their breading recipe is, it is very good chicken, if you can be there long enough for it to show up. Anything else I’ve tried, just was not worth it. Sorry I’m working from memory of this place. But the integrated frustration put it off the list of places to go, and as we live in Midway, it was a close by place.

Food still hasn’t arrived after ordering it over an hour and 15 minutes ago. Crazy!

The broasted chicken is great. Wing Wednesday especially. If its busy you will wait a bit for food but it is well worth the wait.

I’ve been going here for a couple of decades. It is always on the list of ‘must stop in’ when I visit from my home in NYC. What I wouldn’t do to live in the neighborhood! You can’t find chicken like this anywhere else. On the weekends if you aren’t there by at least 6pm, you’re eating somewhere else. Can’t wait to get back…
