I wish to commend Brett, Anthony, and Mike for their excellent service in replacing and installing a new furnace and evaporative air cooler at my residence. The installers reported promptly as scheduled and disassembled and removed the old cooler and furnace in an efficient and timely manner. The new installations were done proficiently and completed in the same day. Brett and Mike were patient in explaining and demonstrating the operational features of the new equipment to the homeowner, and tested the equipment prior to departing to ensure both were operating properly. The operating manuals on the equipment were presented to the homeowner before the installers departed. The old furnace and cooler were removed with no visable damage to my property and the worksite left clean. Within the 24 hours of their departure, the new furnace, Trane XC80 Furnace, has operated like a charm, is reasonably quiet, and is distributing heat throughout the house in an even and comfortable manner. My sincere thanks to Williams Mechanical for a job well done!

Mike M and Bret M of Williams Mechanical came out to install mini splits at my house. Once the installation was done, they decommissioned the old gas wall furnace and air conditioner, which was a huge help under the circumstances. You can imagine the mess, wall board fragments and soot might have gotten everywhere, but these two techs were meticulous. Thanks!

My family had an air conditioning emergency when our dog chewed the wires connecting our AC unit to our house. We called Williams Mechanical and they were able to come out the very same day. The technician that came was friendly and efficient and had our AC working again in no time! I would highly recommend them to my friends or family.

Woke up to a very cold house this morning and found that our furnace was not working. Called up Williams Mechanical and had Josh here within the hour to take a look. These guys are seriously the best! Always professional and friendly. Five stars again for another great experience!
