Every time I ask to get a touch up from Vince he always makes an excuse not to do it. I pay him every time. He’s gotten money hungry and that’s not right. If he gave me the tattoos then u should honor your word and touch them up. Vince also doesn’t allow any of his employees help with a touch up. His attitude is horrible and very unprofessional! U lost a customer.
