Vigil and Sons Window and Doors

So sad — Mr. Vigil met me for a quote and seemed very wonderful, trustworthy and reasonable. However, on the schedule day for the job, him and his sons were «no-​show) for our appointment. I called and left a message –nothing. When I finally got him that night, he was rude, unapologetic and said his truck broke down. I asked why he didn’t at least call me to reschedule and he rudely stated «I told you cause my truck broke down». He was very rude and unapologetic. I am sure he had a bad day but if he would’ve just apologized, I would’ve rescheduled. His ugly tone made me say I’ll find someone else.

Honest, trustworthy and reliable. It is difficult to find this combination in tradesmen anywhere so when you come across folks like this, you have to share with everyone. It is very difficult to earn my trust. Mr. Tom Vigil was wonderful! He was knowledgable about structural and non structural issues. We scheduled a 9am consult on Saturday and he was on time. He educated me about Windows and stucco, and give me a solution to my concern that was going to cost close to nothing. He told me not to worry about the gap under our window and it was going to be a minor fix. He offered to do it or said we could do it. It’s never about cost to me. I just want honesty. But he also saved us money. They do small jobs and complete remodels. Give them a call if you need an honest, fair and reliable window and door specialist.
