Had a great Americano here the other morning. The Mrs enjoyed a crêpe. Picnic tables and other outside seating are a huge plus.

I had have the joy of tasting chef rauls food in the past and can’t wait get back to NM and try the busteraunte and see the new location. With the skill of a fine craftsman chef Raul can turn ordinary into extraordinary definitely a must try if you have never experienced his creations. Best of luck… the food will speak for itself.

As soon as I saw The Boiler Monkey’s bus roll up outside of Sister, I knew that curiosity(and/or the«drunchies») would eventually lead me to climb aboard. I really should’ve looked at the menu scrawled on the board on the side of the bus first. Somehow pasta and salads were just not what I expected. Carb-loaded pasta after a few drinks, I understand. But who the heck wants to eat a salad post-barhopping, though?(P.S. If you’d do, you’re doing it wrong.) Anyhow, I tried the Pesto Cream pasta. For the portion size, it was way overpriced. The pasta and side of bread weren’t anything special either; no better than canned sauce and a hunk off a grocery store baguette. Very disappointing that this new menu seems to be a huge step back from the crepes which were raved about. Reboot(or rewind) the menu. Keep the bus.

The food was great and eating on the bus was an added bonus. I had polenta which came with two eggs, chorizo and the most amazing bread. I’m in love with the polenta and I don’t care who knows! :)

The Boiler Monkey is an interesting food truck. The service was kinda friendly… but kinda not. I ordered the polenta with sausage and eggs and it was killer. The polenta had a peppery kick and was creamy and delicious, the eggs were cooked to perfection and the sausage was totally different than anything I’d had in recent memory. The trio came served with a couple small slices of baguette. I smeared the polenta on, added some egg and piled some sausage on top and the combination was just seriously scrumptious. I’d definitely eat there again!

Great and cool vehicle, heard good things about the crepes, the night I tried them out there was only pasta on the menu and I foolishly paid $ 14 for the special. I was thinking with my stomach and what I really wanted was an asada burrito for $ 4 from the pink ladies who are often downtown. Man! I will not go back! The food was acceptable, not terrible, but certainly not great, for $ 14 I figured there would be enough for two people, wrong! A fantastic rip-off! But I paid so I’ve only got myself to blame.

Matt and Navi catered our wedding at our home, for 40 people in January! The food was great, and our guests really enjoyed seeing the big bus roll up to the house. They were able to prepare and serve great fresh food in a timely manner. They were easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Our guests loved being able to choose their own meal and how they wanted it garnished. Fabulous!

Cute, fun, and tasty. I wouldn’t drive across town for it, but if the bus is at a local event give it a try. Serious dessert crêpe fans need to seek out the hidden gem of La crêpe Michel located in Old Town. Attention Boiler Monkey: learn dessert crepes from La crêpe Michel.

I really enjoyed the crepes. You need to order two if you’re really hungry. Get a savory for lunch and a sweet for dessert. The bus is on par with the muppet bus when it comes to style you can eat inside if there’s room. Their website will tell you where to find them.

Tasty crepes for all! I enjoy everything about the Boiler Monkey. From the old restored bus(half kitchen and half seating area) that they have made their own, to the mobile WiFi they provide their customers, to the amazing crepes they create. Do yourself a favor and track this bus down. Order a savory crêpe and a dessert crêpe and have yourself a fantastic meal in a truly unique setting.

A crêpe-themed food truck with a half dozen savory and another half dozen sweet crepes. All are done well. I had the ABQ turkey crêpe, which was well done and had medium hot green chilis. One of the cool things about this truck(built in an old bus) is that they have indoor seating! Damn cool. Prices are reasonable and the staff are awesome. The crepes themselves are not very thin, as you might expect. Nearly pancake density, but still very tasty.

These guys are awesome. They have a great food truck, that allows you to dine inside and receive table service. The food is very creative and with a very refreshing taste. They do amazing things with crepes.

These guys are great! And they are very friendly. I enjoyed hanging out while they made my crêpe, which was The Andi: Red chile poured over a flax-flour crêpe, filled with quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, and cheddar. Of course, what makes this food truck stand out from the rest is that it has seating inside. The food truck is actually an old bus, which they’ve gutted and transformed into a wonderful traveling restaurant. The food is fresh, organic and locally grown. You will enjoy a healthy, gourmet experience. Seek them out where ever they may be that day!
