So I’ve been to various sprint stores but this was by far the best one. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was having some problems with my account and technical problems with my phone but a young man helped me with it and resolved all my problems. I believe it was the technician– Omar. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I’ll be coming here more often.

Terrible, heartless customer service. Don’t waste your time or your $$$ here. The woman that was supposedly assisting me wouldn’t even tell me who the manager was, so I could talk with them about my situation. This store is horrible.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years, and have NEVER been treated so poorly. The staff doesn’t seem to want to lift a finger to help in any way. I was trying to upgrade a phone and renew a 2 year contract, but after dealing with this place I am seriously considering switching providers. Do not waste your time coming here as they will NOT be able to assist you!

I actually had great service at this location. I’ve had Sprint for over 10 years and they keep getting better in my opinion. This location is great because they have a service and repair in the back. The tech helped me with an issue I had going on with my email and showed me some features on my phone I didn’t know about.

This mobile addiction is one seriously pricey habit. Forget a war on drugs, this country needs to take our ginormous corporate digital dealers to task for their assault on our basic freedoms. The black market is a pretty shady place, but aside from the mob, you aren’t going to find contracts. Getting stuck with a sub-par cellular service provider for a solid year with a serious financial penalty for protesting the shoddy signal you’re getting in your own home is truly criminal, precisely what I experienced during the entirety of my long-distance relationship with this company. Perhaps the most grand ironies of the ordeal were my calls to customer service when I’d assert, over and over again, that the service in my area was awful. They’d constantly assert that their service map showed great service, and then… The call would drop. Consistently. On the phone with customer service, my cell signal would die. And never, once, did they actually send someone to my home to verify the issue. Thanks, Sprint!

Sprints service is the worst. Why I ever switched from Verizon I’ll never know. The customer service at this store is poor as well. The girl wouldn’t even transfer my pictures from my old phone to my new phone. Then they talk to you like your stupid. I spent a lot of money with Sprint & they treat customers like dirt. Sprint advertises 4G service & charges for 4G service but doesn’t have 4G in NM and won’t tell you when 4G will be available. So if you want to download something you need to connect to wifi or be parked next to a tower.
