My husband had the rustic burger and loved it! The fries were thin and I am not a huge fan of thin fries but they were tasty.

Glad I am finally writing a review on this little happy burger gem. I wanted to try out this place so I could really see the consistency that I’m hearing about, and well they absolutely have it going on here at Rustic. The burger is mouthwatering and oozing with bold flavors of old-​school hamburger love. It isn’t to me your culinary burger directed one, however Rustic is a burger that competes with most favorable fast food joints «Rex, Little Red Hamburger Hut or Blakes.
But what also stands out is Kelly the owner is a passionate man who drives his own business and if I’m needing a fast burger this will always be my first choice. :)

I am currently living in Portland, Oregon. (one of the best food cites) Here in Nuevo visiting my familia. Happen to stumble upon Rustic 505… the hamburger is one of the best burgers I have ever had! The meat had the perfect amount of seasoning and the ingredients were super fresh! A must do is adding bacon to your burger… each bite you will have pieces of chopped crispy bacon rather than a couple of limp strips. Must try the diablo sauce… mix it in your ketchup and enjoy it with your sweet potato fries. Hands down the best burger in Bulque!!!

All time Best Burger Ever!!! I’m visiting in the area from Portland, OR… food Mecca loaded full of great burgers. I’ve had hundreds from great places in my travels and RUSTIC 505 takes the cake. A small Menu of Craft Burgers… Each is Made Fresh to Order and packs it’s own punch of flavors. You want the Heat? Go with the Famous «Day of The Dead»…not just hot to be hot but a depth of character to their secret spread. ADD bacon to any burger for 1 $-a MUST do!
They ALSO bring your Food to you wherever you are in the über cool Green Jeans Farmery made from Shippong containers with upper terraces and outdoor fireplaces… AWESOME!!!

Gone are the days of trying to find the wonderful Rustic truck! I’d been to Green Jeans 3 times before Rustic opened and while it gave me chance to try the other great options, I was waiting for a fresh Divine Intervention! Perfectly cooked burger with the freshest veggies, amazing fries and friendly service make this place a winner!

One Burger — Three napkins!!! Had the rustic burger, and this is what a burger should be. I try to avoid superlatives but this may be the best burger that I have had in ABQ!!! The meat was perfect and juicy but not greasy. The Fano brioche perfectly absorbed the juicy goodness. Great spot!!!
