I hate this store. Every time I come here I have a terrible customer service experience. Today I was looking for someone to unlock the paint cage and there was nobody on the floor. I went by the employee break room and there they all were, laughing and talking. I didn’t want to bother someone who is a break at their minimum wage job, so I went about 50 feet further, thinking someone at the framing counter would be able to help. Only, there was nobody there. I called out, and I know I was heard because someone in the break room got up and closed the door. I walked all the way yo the front to ask someone for help. I shouldn’t have to do that! I guess they can be as crappy as they want to be because they know the only other game in town is Hobby Lobby and I wouldn’t go in there even on a dare. So rock on terrible staff and you do you, while I spin my wheels hoping one if you feels like being helpful.

Typical Michaels, fairly clean. This one had all the stuff on the shelves rather than on the floor as I’ve seen in some other locals. Good selection of craft items. They always have decent sales, so you should never buy anything full price here.

I shop here when I need to because of the location. I think the aisles are too narrow and there is not enough staff there to ask questions. I get so frustrated when I am in here, but I know I NEED to get over it because it is so close to my house. I prefer Hobby Lobby.

This Michaels location is like any other around the country. You can take classes, get your art framed, find your scrapbook supplies and buy yarn all in one in place. The staff is accomodating and will help you find what you need. There are good sales, download the app for coupons to show at the front. Good deals on there.
