This place is so unprofessional, don’t waste your money. Larisa the so called manager doesn’t even know who’s in charge, and could careless about customer service. I bought a purse and brought back a week later not used and she refused my refund even though I had my recipe. Please ask questions if you dear walk in. I wouldn’t recommend nor will I ever go back.

Beautiful bags but my experience has not been the best. My husband got me a purse for my birthday. About 6 months later, it was already tearing in the area where the detachable shoulder strap is located. Since it was still under warranty, I took the bag back to the store to have it shipped off. I wasn’t instructed to remove the detachable strap, and when it finally came back 2 weeks later, the strap was missing. The manager said he would have to check with the employee who filed my claim. She did not mark that the strap was in there. Thankfully, the manager held an extra strap for me and I was able to pick it up later. The staff was kind and remedied the situation, but it was just a frustrating experience since their hours are not updated online so I kept coming at times they were closed. I do love the Michael Kors brand but I’m not sure I’d buy another purse since I’m not sure if it will hold up.

My husband and I went to this location today to buy not 1, not 2, but 3 items and to say that I’m disappointed by the customer service and staff is an understatement. While waiting 15 minutes for one sales representative to see if they had 2 particular bags I wanted in stock, we we approached not by 1, but 2 other individuals; 1 of whom was the«manager» on duty. As we waited another 15 minutes to see yet again if said items were in stock, my 4 year old son, yes 4 years old, need to use the restroom. Clearly asking to use a restroom needs a manager approval as the sales representative scurried off to «check with her manager» to see if my toddler son can use said bathroom. As we waited for«manager approval» We overheard said manager say«no, he can’t use the restroom because I don’t want to clean it up after him.» Little known to the manager we overheard him telling his rep this. When the rep returned she stated«it’s store policy to not let customers use the bathroom due to theft.» My husband explained that it’s federal law to have restroom for customers available. Needless to say we walked out of this store not purchasing any items. I WILL not buy from this store or Michael Kors for that matter.

what is the salesperson saying?! I was patient and held my tongue but Larisa was of no help at all and when I would ask she was clueless to a point to where I had to pick up the actual item and ask for it. she tried selling the display item and omg no box or at least a dustcover to protect the wallet.

I’ve finally found the perfect bags! This place has great customer service. Andrew was really helpful to provide suggestions on various handbags without being too over-bearing. He was great to talk to and I loved the two Hamilton purses that I purchased. Seeing that I’m not from the area, it was nice of him to offer his help even when I’m back in California and that any items can be purchased with free shipping. I’ve also fallen in love with the fragrance. Love love looooooove it. :)
