Helpful and amazing staff. Immediately asked if we needed anything but never hovered.

I went into this Lane Bryant today to pick up an order that I had placed online. I was a little disappointed already since I had been promised an email notifying me when my order had arrived at the store. I didn’t get an email. The only way I had of knowing my items had arrived at the store was to track the package itself.
I walked into the Coronado location and noticed right away how clean and organized it was. No clutter. The aisles were a little snug to walk through which was kind of disappointing since the store caters to plus sized women. It was fairly easy to overlook as a mild irritant though.
The staff is what won the full star review. The lady who handled me was amazing. So nice and helpful. Quickly got my items and placed them in a bag. Quick to acknowledge my frustration with not being notified about my package. I’d drive to the store to get great service like that again.

This is a great location in Coronado Mall. The costumer service is wonderful and extremely helpful. I was having trouble finding a specific pair of pants and one of the employees went in back and brought me back a variety of slacks.
I left the store with a variety of work clothes. It was a little expensive, even with the clearance prices. All in all, I will probably return next time I am in town.
