Great service. The Tech (Mike) showed up promptly, explained the process and returned the next day with my repaired IPAD. Reasonable rates and they’re available early in the morning. This sort of service, convenience and accommodation is practically unheard of these days.

This was an all around awesome experience. I put it off for too long! I clicked the link here to call, put in answers to about 3 questions, and within minutes I had the local tech call me. Mike, the tech, said he would meet me wherever I would like. He stayed in communication through texts when I said texts worked great. He met later at a Starbucks patio about 9:30 pm (which worked great for me). Even in the dim light he easily unscrewed small screws and changed out my screen. My new screen automatically came with a glass screen protector which made it worth it so much. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He chatted and made small talk and it was a very pleasant experience. To change the screen on my iPhone 5c was $ 129 + tax.
