Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They bent over backwards to make my rental a wonderful experience. Initially my reservation was mixed up with over booking issue but the Lomas team handled my frustration and went out of their way to help.
I was disappointed to learn all that effort and the Enterprise Family may (?) Give a 20 $ gift card. Hmmm that alone will make me consider another option. Greed is Greed.

I scheduled a pick up for 12 pm on a sunny saturday and had to wait for 1.5 hours for them to pick me up from 1.8 miles distance. I could have gone there myself if I had known they would steal my day making me wait at home. So disappointed with the service and will not rent from them again.

Initially booked a reservation on-​line, to be told they were actually out of cars. Booked for a later date, and was picked up at my home by a very courteous gentleman. However, upon arriving, was told they won’t take a debit card, even a MasterCard, even for a rewards member. You need a local driver’s license, and a utility bill. Manager flat out refused to work with me. Most other rental companies will let you use a debit card now, though they may require a credit check and deposit. Not everyone wants a credit card! It appears that this may also be a branch specific policy, as I’ve rented from Enterprise in Denver with a Debit Card, a NM license, and no problems. Very disappointed, and will not be using Enterprise again.

I was picked up from the auto repair shop by Enterprise and taken to complete the paperwork for the rental. My auto insurance company had already contacted them and reserved a car for the day. The manager was so nice and wanted to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience that he gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. With the top down and music turned up I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. Returning the car was just as easy and they were equally as nice on the return. If you are in Albuquerque and need to rent a car this is the place to rent from.
