I used EmbroidMe for my cheer squad with YAFL, I used them for my uniform print and for my roster shirts. They took my ideas and made an excellent roster shirt. They deliviered on time, and I couldn’t be happier. Also I loved them so much that I used them for a walk that we just completed this weekend. Everyone loved our shirts and asked where we had them made. :-)

As I first walked into embroidme I was not greeted, at all. The worker was helping another customer but that is no excuse for the lack of acknowledgement of another potential client. After«browsing» for 5+ minutes of being ignored I was finally asked if I could be assisted. I almost began with a statement of propper customer service etiquette yet refrained and began my inquiry. After a poor first impression the rest of my visit was pleasant. A week later I stopped back in to discuss more detail about my purchase and was told that he would send me proof that day(Friday) or Monday. After waiting til Thursday with no email I stopped back in and relayed my frustration… He was befuddled that I never received the email he sent. As if for some reason the Internet just failed him on this one occasion. Why not just admit you forgot and apologize. Seriously people, what happened to customer service. Doesn’t anyone give a crap anymore?! I’m in the service business and I can assure you that if I treated my customers like said experience I would not be in business very long. Overall… Good products not as good of customer service. I will be taking my future business somewhere else.
