We sat down and determined how much I can afford. He took the time to find homes that matched my specifications. When we went to properties he assessed the property and pointed out things that should be fixed. He even analyzed the neighborhood to make sure it was safe. When he thought that a property did not match what I wanted, he was not afraid to provide his input. That’s when I realized that he was not just trying to make a sale. He wanted to make sure that I found the perfect home for me.
He analyzed comparables and made competitive bids. He was right on dot with his property value analysis after comparing with the property appraiser.
His attention to detail is phenomenal. Not only does he see the smallest and minute possible renovation issues with a new home, he is also an expert in reading all fine prints. I am so lucky he was my agent. He was the one who would point out that the other seller’s agent would omit pages within the documents. There was so much paperwork to go over yet he kept track of every single page. There must have been 100 pages in this whole process!
After I closed my deal, Ron even helped me find contractors to renovate my new home. He definitely uses his experience to help his clients and I can really tell that he is passionate at what he does. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
