Stayed here on business for 2 days. Nice hotel with friendly staff. I mostly dealt with Lawrence who was quite helpful. I initially called and spoke to a new female who had trouble booking a corporate lodging room. Lawrence got on the phone and was able to straighten it out. He was also the front desk clerk I met on arrival and was very accommodating in changing me from an upstairs room to a downstairs room. He even went as far s going to check if the room was clean as it was left marked as dirty. Considering he only had an hour left in his shift, most clerks would not have bothered. He did however make two mistakes. He scheduled my 5 a.m. wake up call for 5 p.m. and program by entry keys for one day instead of 2. Other than that, Lawrence did a great job. The room itself was a standard motel room overstuffed with furniture and badly arranged. The desk was placed in front of the bed allowing for a very narrow walkway between the bed and the desk chair. Not ideal for a large man like myself the bathroom was decent size with a walkin shower with a glass hinge door instead of the traditional tub with shower curtain. The size of the shower was a bit odd, being quite long but narrow. This made it difficult to adjust the water temperature without getting wet. This motel also features slate wood shutters on the windows which makes for a unique homie touch. The bed itself was a bit springy, but I’m only really comfortable at home on my own mattress, so I don’t fault the motel. The walls are pretty thin and noise travels freely. This was not an issue on the first night as I don’t believe I had a neighbor, but the second night my neighbors television could be heard until the early morning hours. The room appeared to be bed bug free. There was however a small spider living in the corner of the ceiling by the front door. We agreed to respect each other’s territory and co-existed in harmony. The hot breakfast left something to be desired. The first morning featured small omelets with ham, jalapeño and pepper bits cook directly into the eggs and sausage links. The second morning featured scrambled eggs and sausage patties but with an addition of biscuits. Unfortunately neither day offered a choice of biscuits with gravy which many other hotels do offer in the mornings. I could also have done without the addition of jalapenos in the first mornings omelets as I am NOT a fan of jalapenos. All in all, a decent place to stay and I would stay here again in the future. Although next time I will probably seek out a hotel with better breakfast options. I would also like to point out that this hotel does not require a separate credit card to be on file for corporate lodging guests as many other hotels do. The whole point of using a direct bill account is so that you do not have to carry a separate credit card. I thank them for respecting that.

This an ok hotel. I chose it because they allow pets and it’s close to my relatives’ home. It also across the parking lot from the Mall, Olive Garden and McDonald. There’s nothing special about the room, but it’s clean.

Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and this one served its purpose. Reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels nearby. Room was clean, but felt damp when I checked in. It got better the 2nd night. Nothing fancy, a room, with a bed and shower

This is 4 star for a motel, not a regular hotel. My church used quality inn at Albany mall as our hotel while doing a health clinic in Edison, Georgia(Edison is about 45 mins away but this was the closest place). Anyhow I didn’t realize quality inn was a motel until I drive up to the location. Admittedly I was put off, motels seem sketchy to me so I was nervous. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was actually not bad. The king rooms have a little couch and table for a sitting area which was nice. However the couch looked like it had some stains. Beyond that the bathroom and other areas seemed clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. So for this being a motel, it’s ok. And it’s near shops so that was good. The staff was pleasant.

I made reservations over the phone. Called them back to tell them we would be check in at 2AM, since we were driving into town. Unfortunately, we arrived later than we originally planned 3AM! I was told my reservation was canceled and we were charged a late fee because we did not show up at 2AM(I did try to call to let them know we would be late but no one was answering the phone!) Personally, this is my first time encountering this situation as other hotels I’ve checked into had no problems with me arriving later than I originally planned. I was told by the lady that all hotels do this. Obviously being told this at 3AM in the morning is a bit upsetting and I was speechless. The lady who was helping me check in was also the one who canceled my reservation then took a phone call! That lasted for a good 3 minutes!!! After she got off the phone I explained to her that we ran late because we were driving in, I had my two kids and my fiancé and we were about 500 miles away when I made the first call! We tried to call more than 3 times and no one answered! She finally told me that she was trying to figure out how to get me a room, which is all I wanted to hear!!! I gave them a three star since I was able to get a room. They lost a star for canceling my reservation, and another star for not picking up the phone when I called. My recommendations for this hotel: 1.) If you plan to cancel people’s hotel reservation at 2AM in the morning, have your staff answer the phone. Then maybe they won’t need to upset a customer. Things I did like about the hotel: 1.) Comfortable bed 2.) Serve free breakfast(though we did not take advantage since we woke up after 10am, breakfast is served from 6AM to 10AM.) 3.) Staff did make an effort to get me into a room. Update 8÷1÷2014 — I did receive a message from management indicating they have addressed the issue to make sure it does not happen to other guest again. Giving them back a star for responding to my concerns.
