I just have to give my most recent experience with Possum Autobody & Paint in Albany, OR. I took my car in there to have some work done & when I went to pick it up, it looked fantastic!
Upon close examination, I noticed that they had missed a little panel that wouldn’t have mattered to me, but they pointed it out beforehand and showed me that there was a scratch on it. I brought it to Jim’s attention & he immediately said, «Well, we’ll have to take care of that right away!» He came to my work on Monday, picked up my car & had it back to me in time for lunch.
It is refreshing to find a company that owns up to even teeny-​tiny mistakes, and doesn’t try to talk their way out of it! Way to go guys — you have my business & have definitely earned my referrals!
