I’ve been going here for a while because I live in the area. While the pizza is decent for the area with VERY generous amounts of toppings, it can sometimes be a bit bland. The slices and sandwiches are very large, and the calzones are enormous! The staff are always friendly to me. I’ve had better pizza elsewhere, but for what it is – local, fast, reasonable, and consistent – Noho gets the job done.

I am just horrified with the experience I had today with NOHO. I decided to throw my students a party to reward all their hard work. My colleague went to NOHO two days prior to the party and got the prices for the pizzas and wings. I then followed up and called to place the order, where they confirmed the pricing. Today when the delivery came, half the order was missing. I had ordered two 24-cut pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese. When I opened the boxes there were only two 12-cut pepperoni pizzas. I called to inquire regarding the cheese pizzas and NOHO claimed that I never ordered them even though we had confirmed it. I then explained that I have students who, for religious reasons cannot eat meat, and I needed the cheese pizzas that I ordered. After spending over $ 100 on this order and tipping the delivery guy, NOHO refused to send the cheese pizzas that I ordered and claimed I would need to pay more if I wanted to get cheese pizzas. I explained how I spoke with a woman who had made this deal for us and the guy told me that he refused to argue with me on the phone and was I going to pay for cheese pizza or not since I so desperately needed them. I was in shock that this establishment would take the time to make arrangements with their customers and then to screw them in the end. I would recommend Pizzaroni if you need to order pizza because they are considerate and know how to run an honest business. It is unbelievable to me that NOHO tries to ROB their customers, especially knowing that they are providing for refugees and immigrants. It is just a disgrace!

Way too over priced for a place in the middle of the ghetto… Workers don’t speak English & have no idea what their doing… Food is sometimes good but lately has been so bad I throw it away!!! Plus they short me items all the time or get wrong order… Will never order from them again

They serve really good food, at a reasonable price. They are located right next to a bus stop, so it is very convenient for people who take the bus to Albany, NY for a day.

I’ve come here intermittently for slices when I’m in the area and have been satisfied, but my experience today turned me off. I was placing a large order for an office party and was attracted to NOHO because of their low prices in comparison to pizza shops further downtown. When I placed my order and was given the total, I accepted and hung up. When I thought about it I realized I was being overcharged, as the prices listed on the menu and the total I was told did not match. I called back and asked why the total was higher, and was told by the owner that he raised the prices. OK — fair enough. He then told me they haven’t gotten the menus with the new prices yet and their website hasn’t been updated with new prices, so these new prices aren’t anywhere to be seen. I said so you’re charging me for your new prices which haven’t even been advertised yet? He kind of got an attitude and said listen if you want this food I can give you a 5 $ discount but that’s it. I only complied because I didn’t want to have to find another spot to order from with such little time left, but I will not be ordering from here again. With so much competition for pizza on Lark St alone, you would think a business would care to make their customers happy. In the future I will be saying NO to NOHO. P. S. the food(a Sicilian pizza w/cheese and a Sicilian pizza w/mushrooms/sausage and medium wings) wasn’t anything special. The pizza was thick and full of mostly dough and lacked any flavor. Wings were mushy but the sauce was good.

Pizza and calzone are good. Pizza is ready in 15 minutes for pick up. I would recommend ordering either one. It is also nice that this place is across the street.

Boneless wings were delicious. Ordering online was easy and delivery was on time. Downside was pizza was lukewarm and one of my coworkers found a hair cooked in her pizza slice. Complete turn off to what was actually decent pizza.

Wanted to update my former review about the gluten free pizza… the pizza is still really great, but we’ve had 50⁄50 luck with my boyfriend(who has celiac) getting sick after eating the pizza. We still order, because it’s still the best gf pizza in town and to him, it’s worth it, but for others with celiac, be sure to stress the importance of cross-contamination when placing your order. It seems like they are not automatically cautious when you order gf pizza. That said, if your not celiac-level sensitive, its still the best game in town.

I’m a fan of Noho. It’s a great place to get a slice on the go, or to stop in for a quick bite. There are so many types of pizza to choose from. I highly recommend the garlic knots. The staff is super nice and eager to please.

Came here to grab a quick bite while in the area, and while I enjoyed my lunch, there are a couple of things that could be better. They had a lot of interesting looking pizzas to choose from. I ordered a slice of pepperoni, a slice of fresh tomato and mozzarella, and some garlic knots(I was hungry!). Everything tasted delicious, however I would have preferred that the marinara sauce that was served with the garlic knots be warm — it was cold. The slices were nice and crispy, not greasy at all. I was able to maneuver eating them while driving on my way back to work so that was a plus. I would also recommend the staff working be a bit more friendly to customers. The woman working was hard to hear, and she wasn’t rude or anything, but just wasn’t friendly at all. A couple of small tweaks, and I would definitely return. Two slices of pizza with toppings, garlic knots, and a soda for $ 10 — not bad.

Tastes just like all of the other pizza joints on/near Lark. Stale, cheap and just plain disappointing. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Buffalo Chicken Pizza is not made with tomato sauce as the base. Try Bleu cheese or garlic/butter. Yes, it sounds gluttonous and maybe disgusting, but that’s how they do it where it originated. And it’s so delicious you forget how terrible it is for your cardiovascular system.

My husband and I wanted to try a new pizza place so we ordered delivery from Noho. They quoted 45mins for delivery and were very close to that estimate. We ordered a medium chicken parm pizza, medium boneless wings, Mac and cheese poppers and garlic knots. The pizza was under cooked and I didn’t like the sauce but it was loaded with generous toppings. The boneless wings were good. I’d say the best things we ordered. The Mac and cheese poppers weren’t anything to write home about and the knots were ok. I was glad we tried it but I wouldn’t order from here a second time.

Good food, good pizza(for what’s around) that is bundled by courteous service. I have nothing bad to say about Noho Pizzeria, their delivery driver has always been on time too!

We went up to Albany to watch a wrestling event at the Armory, had some time to kill, and went into Noho Pizza for dinner. The place was very small, but that’s basically the only thing you can possibly complain about. Specialty slices were 3 dollars each, very reasonable. 6 garlic knots for 2 bucks. They put out some tables and chairs outside for the nice weather. Friendly people, I’d go back if I’m ever in the area.

I’m a huge pizza fan, and I love NY style pizza with fresh mozzarella. I got the best pizza I’ve ever had tonight. Very authentic. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Great atmosphere right on a downtown corner with great seats and views. Go check out NoHos!

OMG, for $ 3 was it? For a slice of heaven? Yes, this pizza was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Maybe it’s the east coast effect on a west coaster. Nonetheless. Pizza here = GREAT.

In Albany, unfortunately, this may be the best New York style pizza outside of New York City itself. It’s certainly not NYC quality, but it makes a decent effort to get there. The crust was pretty thin and stayed oddly(in a good way) crispy on the bottom. It wasn’t like a Neapolitan or an apizza(you’re seeing that right). It was somewhere between those and traditional NYC. Maybe this is Albany’s unique style. Good not great but definitely good.

Best G-Free pizza ever!!! and nicest people you could find that work there They do need to do something about the sweet man that sits there, he is totally innocent but stares at you the entire time you eat and talks about everything you do — I feel so bad for him but it makes it really uncomfortable he’s been there 4⁄5 times we’ve been there recently

FOODPOISONING! I ordered wings and a pepperoni pizza from here. Granted, the wings were tasty, but 2 hours after eating it felt like there was a brick in my stomach and I have never been more nauseous in my life. I had to take a sick day at work the next day as I could not walk due to the pains in my stomach, fever, and other symptoms that go along with food poisoning. I will never eat from Noho Pizza again, and I’d advise you all to do the same.
