NGB Property Management

NGB has been very helpful with all our property management needs. They put us in contact with real estate brokers in the area that were super knowledgeable of the Capital District region.
We are looking to purchase a multifamily unit in Albany as an investment property. Given that we live down in NYC, as many of their clients do, they afford us the opportunity to own real estate upstate without having to seek out plumbers, electricians, general handymen, and landscapers to take care of the day to day operations of the building.
Everyone always says the most difficult thing about owning rental properties is dealing with the mundane hassles, i.e. broken pipes, clogged toilets, roof leaks or boiler issues, at less than ideal times. We haven’t had to deal with any of those issues yet, but after meeting with Isaiah, I’m confident that his team will handle it in a fast and professional manner.
