After our negative experience we go in touch with the service manager at a Jiffy Lube who seemed genuinely concerned about what happened — we’ll dub it «Oilgate 2015». They reviewed the tapes, got down to the problem, and spoke to the employee involved. In return they gave us a gift certificate for a synthetic oil change and car wash coupons. We were left very satisfied. Major kudos to them for going the extra mile to make customers happy!

This is really the only location I hit whenever I need an oil change or inspection. They are quick, the lobby is large and clean, and it’s reasonably priced.

I’ve come here a few times. They frequently have coupons and be sure to use them, or else it’s overpriced. Jiffy Lube is usually pretty quick and they are always friendly. I typically spend 30 – 45 minutes here from the second I pull up to the second I get back in my car and am on way. As a bonus, you get a free basic car wash at Hoffman’s next door. I’d reccomend the place if you’re looking for a quick oil change.
