My new pool has been installed for a week now… I could not be more pleased with my experience this far with Islander…
The purchasing process with Andrew Apple was very pleasant. he was also able to assist me with additional information I needed regarding electrical installation and permits.
Ron– the installer was extremely professional, pleasant and efficient as were the men on his crew.
Today I went to have my water tested and and get necessary chemicals. As a new pool owner I was feeling a little (maybe a LOT) overwhelmed but Elise quickly made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and patient and I left feeling much more confidant!
Thank you Islander! Can’t wait to get in my new pool!!!

Awesome Pool supplies! The staff is always attentive and well informed. The prices are great I get everything I need for my hot tub and pool here. I even bought my hot tub here and when it initially had an issue they came out and repaired it no questions asked. Also when I do have an issue they coach me on the fix as I am pretty handy and never oversell! That’s customer service!

I’m surprised to see some of the lower star ratings, but I’ve never dealt with the store for service issues. My review is based on products and overall shopping experience, and I have to say this is my favorite pool store in the area. Large selection, although some items are overpriced. Friendly service, and convenient location.

Very disappointed. Only had our aboveground pool one year before it collapsed. We had to pay over $ 1000 for repairs and re-​installation. The salespeople are very friendly, but the installers are questionable, at best. It is our belief that the pools are installed to fail so the installers can come back again and again. Our re-​installed pool has divits in bottom, the exterior wall was not place in the rail, they used damaged uprights. Overall was a very poor installation, again. Do not go there for a pool. Our pool will never make in thru a winter
