THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! The customer service is very poor. I was promised my ring would be repaired Monday. It wasn’t finished until Thursday evening! On top of that, I wasn’t satisfied with the repair. It looked very sloppy. I ended up taking my ring to another store to be repaired. The owner of the other store was in disbelief when he saw how The Gold Center returned my ring. My ring is finally fixed, and it is gorgeous!!!
