Been here 3 times while renting a place across the street for 2 weeks. I only went here because it was so close. Otherwise, I wouldn’t go back and never will. Guy that works there seems like he hates his job and needs to learn customer service.

I agree with Carl. The place may look shady, but the family and employees who work there are always very genial. Their sandwiches might also seem a bit sketchy but they aren’t too bad and are really cheap.
Mostly, I like the fact that this place doesn’t rip you off and have all of the little snacks and things a convenience store should.
