Our driver was very rude and took off with all of the flowers after dropping us off at the ceremony, not noticing they were sitting right next to him in the passenger seat until we called him and asked him to come back. We were forced to pay before the ceremony when we still had 3 hours left in our rental time. We went over by 15 minutes and were told we’d have to pay extra, even though the owner told us we could go up to 30 minutes over without penalty (we did not pay the extra $ 50). The owner was very nice when I booked and leading up to the wedding day, but they need to hire friendlier drivers, who are the face of the company on this very momentous occasion.
