My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Scott when purchasing our home in Oakland last month. We had worked with another loan agent previously and the difference was like night and day. The first person we worked with was difficult to get a hold of, always sounded distracted on the phone, and seemed disorganized (repeatedly asking us to send the same documents, giving us conflicting information, etc.). In contrast, from the very beginning Scott was incredibly patient, organized, knowledgeable, reliable, and clearly dedicated to our best interests. He was always easy to get a hold of and never rushed or pressured us, making sure we understood exactly what has happening and were comfortable with our decisions at each step in the process. He also seemed to go above and beyond many time, such as writing a very detailed approval letter and then contacting the selling agent directly to help assure them that our loan would go through quickly and smoothly — which it did!
