Like anyone looking for a spa builder, everyone starts in the same place.
When we called Chuck he was very willing to provide some direction with getting started. He recommended a fantastic designer who built plans to our liking. We got 3 other bids (for comparison). Chucks quote was a little on the higher end (not the highest) but he does high quality work that we weren’t seeing from anyone else.
Our spa turned out amazing. Stone veneer with a hidden waterfall, lighting, pebble tech finish and we can control everything from our smartphone. Chuck has great communication skills (via email, phone and text) and keeps us informed of every aspect of the project. He was on the job site almost everyday and included us when needed. If you want an expert to build your dream pool or spa, Creative Environments is the company to hire.

Chuck is truly as good as it gets. He is the epitome of what it means to be a professional, and that is something you don’t often find in his business. To say he exceeded my lofty expectations is an understatement. Beyond their extensive expertise, Chuck and his team are honest, responsive, more-​than-​fair, detail-​oriented, on-​time, clean, organized, and a complete joy to work with. They take a lot of pride in their work, which is always good for the customer. As I told Chuck during the project, I wish I could hire him for all my needs because you just don’t find partners like him in any service capacity these days.

Loved working with Chuck. He’s a fantastic pool builder, is one of the most attentive and responsive people I’ve ever worked with. We did a complete gut and remodel/​rebuild of an old pool, added all new equipment with ipad controls, a baja shelf, spa with spillover, etc. Chuck had great ideas, gives straight and honest advice (about pools, and life!), has an amazingly efficient set of subs and he manages and drives them to hit aggressive deadlines. If every contractor was like Chuck remodels would be a breeze. His portfolio speaks for itself, but the quality of over the top customer service was icing on the cake. He takes joy in his work and it shows. He is based in the east bay, our project was on the peninsula, we were worried at first the distance would be an issue, wasn’t in the slightest. Highly recommended.
