Really good ice-cream. I like all the variety of flavours they offer, I think it’s the place where I have seen more and they were all delicious!

This is a self serve yogurt place where you pay based on weight. I’ve been there a few times but last night a third of the machines were out of service. Bummed because they were out of my favorites Mango, Coconut, Milkshake, and Cookies & Cream. Toppings were full and fresh though. Still the best tasting yogurt around… just fix your machines!!!

First thing, they have great yogurt. Not a bad thing to say about it. What is giving them a mediocre review is that I went in to buy a gift card. The employee told me it was cash only for the gift card because they’ve had problems. This is a mistake as a business practice because I decided to go to Cream and buy a $ 20 card instead of buying a $ 7 with all the cash I had. Gift cards don’t have a 100% redemption rate. This means if you average out the losses from credit card charge backs you are still ahead. I would ask management to relook at this.

Love it here! always clean, though they do let the water jug/pitcher run dry. Sometimes they have rainy day deals.

Best frozen Yogurt in Alameda and rewards club is awesome. The flavored– especially the fruit and sorbets are so good. The yogurt is really frozen and stays nice and firm in your cup– not like the other places in town where it melts before you even check out. All the staff are super friendly! So glad they are in Alameda!

I love froyo. I often go here before or after work. Great place to unwind after a stressful day. Sweets make everything better! Lots of flavor options and they give out sample cups too. Friendly staff and good selection of toppings.

The closest location to my house. They have the best variety of flavors of any location I’ve visited. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is decent. Street parking as well as the parking lots for the surrounding stores. They even offer infused water as a courtesy which is a plus for me! Tons of toppings. Always clean and neat. Shoutout to the manager on having friendly associates!

Hands down my favorite yogurt spot! Alot of options for yogurt as well as toppings at an affordable price. What more could you ask for in a yogurt spot?

They closed the store in SF so I was very glad when I saw it in Alameda. The store was clean and they even gave out free fruit infused water. The yogurt was delicious and very worth it for its price!

When I’m feeling that sweet-tooth kind of feeling, I get froyo to feel a little less guilty! Probiotic and pretty much lactose-free. Recently, they’ve got a Kung Fu Panda 3 promotion, and OMG. So cute! Their flavors are always so good, it’s difficult to just pick one(or three, in my case, hehe). My top pick for this visit was honey graham. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet, and unmistakably and strangely tastes like graham crackers. My go-to flavor has always been strawberry-lemon sorbet, for like three years! It’s sweet and tart. I will always get this flavor if I got to Yogurtland. Anyways, I got a three flavors: honey graham, strawberry-lemon sorbet, and original tart. The toppings were mochi, passionfruit popping boba, mango pieces, and strawberry slices. Nothing negative to say, really. If you want to get a healthier dessert after having a meal in this plaza, definitely get froyo!

I love yogurt land, but I’ve never experience such horrible customer service at one until I came here. First of all, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. It’s clear that none of the employees bothered to clean it. There was pee all over the toilet seat. I almost threw up from walking into the bathroom. The spoons where I used to grab fruit was sticky. The counters were messy & smelled like old wet towels. It was not sanitary ATALL. This is the dirtiest yogurt land location I’ve ever been to. The fruit was cut extremely poor. Usually it would be bite size pieces but they only cut the strawberries in half & left the green leaves on top. & finally, the customer service was bad. The girl that was working looked like she hated her job & her life. Once we weighed our froyo she didn’t bother telling us the price but rather have us read it on the screen. She gave us this blank stare like we were stupid. None of the employees greeted anyone when they walked in either. When we asked for sample cups they would just eye roll & handed us the cups. This is not how customer service should be! I live in Oakland & I would must rather make the drive to Berkeley or another yogurtland location!

5-stars for free yogurt with minimal hassle on national frozen yogurt day! Although the crowds were pretty large, this yogurt handled the mayhem well as they implemented a great system to get us in and out without incident. Its self-serve soft frozen yogurt. They usually have about 10 – 15 different yogurt flavors(my favorites are cookies & cream, taro, and traditional). There are about 20 or so topping choices, including a decent variety of fruit, cookies, candy, nuts, and syrups. The toppings here were very fresh and well maintained in spite of the mayhem. On a regular day, they charge by the oz and it is pretty reasonable. I’m bummed that prices have increased however, as I remember it costing closer to a quarter per ounce back in the day… times have changed I guess.

I haven’t been to a Yogurtland in years, and with the limited selection for froyo in Alameda, I was happy to see this one open. The toppings have improved since I can remember(bursting bubbles… yes!), but I wish they had mochi. The chocolate milkshake, coffee, and Rocketship Popsicle flavors were in my bowl and I enjoyed them all. Go froyo!

Came here when there were promotions going on for their grand opening. It’s kind of like any other yogurtland I’ve ever been to. It can get a little crowded at times. But when you first walk in, the person at the register offers sampler cups. There’s a variety of flavor selections. I normally gravitate towards the original tart flavor or anything that has the tart in it! I like the popping boba topping. Most of the time the toppings are filled up. A few times where they weren’t :( One girl who works there was really nice and offered ponchos when it was raining :) There’s also a table with a spotlight on it… Maybe it’s for all the Instagram photos that people can take! Haven’t tried it out, but maybe one day.

The gal gave me free sample cups and I went a little cray cray on sampling their froyo. In the end, I decided that their mango, dragon passion tart and peanut butter froyo were the best tasting flavors! I like adding their popping boba, mochi and fresh lychee to my froyo. It makes my froyo taste even better! The employees here are super nice and inviting! And YAY! for free parking basically everywhere in the shopping center!

This store is clean and the employees are always friendly offering a good amount of sample cups. I like that there’s a good selection of different flavors, ranging from super sweet to tart and refreshing. And the flavors seem to change often(besides the staples). Topping bar is always filled and fresh. The best topping is the pumpkin seed granola!(similar to Red Mango). Free rewards card.

Who doesn’t love froyo?! I’m glad a yogurt land opened in alameda. Now I won’t have to go so far for good froyo. This was my first time at this location. The store looks clean, the employees were nice, the froyo was good but the mochi was terrible. The mochi was not like mochi at all. It was hard and dry. It couldn’t have been my cold froyo that made it hard because I ate it within 5 min of putting it on my froyo. I was really disappointed in the mochi…

A large variety of flavors. Low fat and nonfat. All of the machines were working and it was clean. Too many good toppings to choose from. Employee was nice. Has seating inside and a self serve water station. I wish that more places will have this.

You have no idea how happy I was to see this open in Alameda! Yogurtland is a chain that most everyone knows, but for the unfamiliar, it’s a DIY pay-by-weight frozen yogurt shop with rotating flavors. Parking in this shopping center is pretty easy. My ideal cheap date is now habit burger, then Yogurtland, ending with a romantic stroll around Target.
