Rodney and Ramon started out wonderfully, but became increasingly absent when other jobs across the Bay became available to them. They started not showing up at all, did not complete jobs and left garbage, cigarette butts, and all materials littered all around the house and yard. They removed everything after some time when a specific call requested them to do so. I had to finish painting a wall, finish the wood floor and complete the floorboard (of a 16’x8’ space) after paying them their full price of $ 2,000, but Rodney refused to finish the job. I learned that he’s not licensed, so have no recourse but to share my warning publicly.

I needed to have a couple of lighting fixtures installed. I looked to Unilocal to find someone local. Rodney answered my first call on a Saturday and scheduled me for Monday am. He was very nice on the phone and came by with a crew member who performed the job without any problems. Rodney also gave me a followup call to make sure everything was fine. I’d use them again because they are easy to talk, provide quality work, reasonable prices and great customer service. Thanks Rodney & team!
