Joe Manibusan

I called this business to get a bid on three handyman tasks that would take no more than 3 hours tops. The jobs involved installing a new screen door, applying weatherstripping to two doors and fixing a folding pantry door anchor that pulled out of the wall. Mr. Manibusan and his «brother in law» Juan came by on a Tuesday and stated to my wife that the job would cost $ 400.00. When I found this out I called Mr. Manibusan on Wednesday and told him this was way too expensive and I had researched him on «Yelp» and found that he had never been reviewed. I cancelled the tentative appointment to do the work on Friday. Mr. Manibusan called me back and offered to do the job for $ 190.00. I declined and told him we hired someone else, which we did. The creepy thing and the reason I am writing this review is because Juan showed up at my home on Friday despite the cancellation and while my wife was home alone. I found this entire experience to be unprofessional and a near rip off. Caveat Emptor!
